“Very nice couple. A little far out of the way from Delft, but not a bad thing as long as it’s not raining and the trains are running! My dog had a great time with them. She almost didn’t want to leave! They followed my instructions well, and sent lots of pictures and videos throughout the weekend. Over: I’ve taken good care of my friends’ dog and have lots of connections to many cute kittens. Always get along with them and enjoy the healing process a lot myself :) I’m doing my second year of master so I have a lot of free time during the week both on weekdays and weekends. Over: Ik heb meer dan 10 jaar ervaring met eigen honden en oppassen op honden. Zowel met honden uit het asiel als geadopteerde honden als eigen honden. Ik ben ook ervaring met probleemgedrag en kan hierbij helpen in de training. Mijn achtergrond als psycholoog helpt hier ook in. Ik ben in de weekenden beschikbaar. In het weekend wandel ik vaak vroeg in de ochtend in het Kralingse bos met mijn eigen hondje. Meestal een groot rondje, maar soms kleiner, afhankelijk van wat het oppashondje aankan. De rest van de dag kan er thuis gespeeld worden met mijn hondje en kunnen we lekker relaxen op de bank samen. Ik wandel mijn hondje 4 keer op een dag, dus aan uitlaten geen gebrek. Ik heb een appartement van 90m2 met 2 balkons. Er is genoeg ruimte in de woonkamer om te spelen en er zijn genoeg ligplekjes zodat iedereen in huis tot rust kan komen. Ik woon alleen zonder kinderen, dus het is erg rustig bij mij thuis.

Ik vind het geweldig om voor dieren te zorgen ❤️ Ik ben mama van geweldige kinderen en houd mij dagelijks bezig met ons gezin en het huishouden. Im usually not available on Saturdays, we can schedule in advance if need be. Im very flexible with times and availability! Safety is my top priority when caring for your furry friend. I will always ask about any allergies or restrictions before giving your pup any treats. I live in a studio and there’s no yard but there is a park within 2 min. walk from the building where your doggie can get the exercise they need. Also I won’t ever leave your pup off leash for their own safety. I always maintain counters free of food and the group picked up of anything dangerous.

Zo kunnen we onze liefde voor honden combineren met het sparen voor een mooie reis naar Azië. Ik, Kelly heb mijn hele leven honden gehad en diverse cursussen gevolgd. Mijn vriend Jeroen is opgegroeid met honden en is gek op dieren. Of het nu gaat om lange wandelingen, spelen, knuffelen op de bank of lekker samen op pad gaan, hij geniet er volop van. Om de week is ook Spriet bij ons, een lieve Italiaanse windhond die goed met andere honden overweg kan. Voor haar vinden we het dan ook gezellig als er af en toe een hondenvriendje of -vriendinnetje komt logeren. We wonen vlak bij het Zuiderpark en het hondenstrand en hebben een auto om naar leuke losloopgebieden te gaan. Vooraf maken we graag even kennis, zodat we kunnen kijken of het een goede match is. 🐕❤️ Op dit moment zit ik (kelly) tot eind oktober tijdelijk thuis van werk. Het lijkt mij leuk om deze dagen op te kunnen vullen met oppas werk voor honden. Om deze reden is de dagopvang ook mogelijk. Voor mij is een kennismaking voor de dagopvang niet noodzakelijk. Ik heb zelf om de week (oneven weken) een Italiaans windhondje (Spriet). Dus gezelligheid voor jouw viervoeter (wel belangrijk om van te voren eerst kennis te maken). Verder wonen wij vlakbij het (honden)strand en wonen we aan het zuiderpark in den haag. We zijn in het bezit van een auto en rijden graag naar leuke plekjes toe waar de honden lekker kunnen rennen.

Over: Since 10 years ago, I decided to have Sky. I went to puppy training and since then I trained my own dog. After that I got Bobby and rescued him from Romania, I trained him myself. I can also train young pets. I'm currently not working and I am all day home. I take my own dogs 4 times a day outside for a 15 minutes walk. Starting from 9:00, 14:00, 19:00 and before sleeping at 23:00. I have two friendly dogs who can accompany your dog. In the beginning every dog is nervous, I will give them courage to become friends with my dogs.

I’m currently on track to finish my MA thesis and work part time in exhibition & artist operations, so I get to spare at least one hour for each visit to your cats. I always ask for emergency vet information and pet passports as well as any special needs or circumstances to look out for that are special to your cat. In case of indoor cats I open doors attentively and don’t leave large open windows. I pay attention to your cat’s eating, drinking and litter box habits.

Over: Hi! I'm Jess and I am a dog mom to 12-year-old Siberian Husky, Luna. She is a sweet, energetic, confident dog who loves all kinds of people and other dogs. She has lived and traveled all over the U.S. (over 20 states!) and now has made her way with us across the ocean to The Netherlands. Even before becoming a Rover sitter, I cared for friends' and neighbors' dogs on many occasions including a beagle, a husky and a golden retriever and grew up with shih tzu and a cockapoo, who I loved to play with and walk around the neighborhood. Before moving to The Netherlands, we most recently lived in Richmond, Virginia and enjoyed walking the many urban hiking trails and parks together. Since I started pet sitting through Rover, I have stayed with and looked after all of different kinds of pups including senior pups, puppies, and all different sizes of dogs from toy to large. I’ve also cared for other caged pets in the same home like rabbits when needed. I care for them all like they are my very own Luna girl. My husband is also a Rover sitter and will sometimes accompany me. David has always been a dog lover and loves to give my clients some extra attention while you’re away. He is also a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran and as such is very good under pressure/does not hesitate to act when dealing with anything out of the ordinary like illness or injury. My clients and I are very lucky to have him by my side when he does come along during bookings. About My Services: I am confident with standard commands in English and am learning some in Dutch as well. I also speak French and am happy to learn and practice commands in any language that suits your pet. All of my services are customizable to your pets needs, but below is a list of what is typically included in my Standard Rate with and without overnight stay, as well as my Constant Care Rate, which I have limited availability to accept, but will consider if I am available and your pet’s needs require it. Charges will be communicated up front before confirming the booking. I work remotely and part-time and have plenty of flexibility to accommodate your pet’s unique routine and needs during the week or on the weekend. <~~>~~<~~>~~<~~>~~<~~> Pet and Pet Sitter Safety: I have stayed with dogs who have easy access to a fenced outdoor space and with those who do not, so I am comfortable with ensuring leashes and/or gates are always secure. I’ve also stayed with dogs who are crated and am comfortable with crate commands. For their safety, I highly recommend crating puppies under 2 years old and any dog with a pattern of chewing or swallowing household items (remotes, pillows, etc.) when you are not home. Crate-trained pets will be crated per the owner’s instructions. Having an 11-year-old husky means I have had my fair share of experience with unexpected veterinary visits and emergencies. I am comfortable communicating symptoms to veterinary professionals with thorough details as needed. I have years of experience monitoring pets’ symptoms when they are sick, providing at home first aid, and acting quickly when additional care is needed. Veterinary Care & Emergency Transport Policy: While veterinary care and especially emergency veterinary care is a rare circumstance of a booking, pets can be unpredictable. When a medical facility advises veterinary care based on a description of symptoms over the phone, pet sitter will advise seeking veterinary care. If pet owner objects to seeking veterinary care when medically necessary, pet owner will be responsible for either taking over care of their pet themselves or securing a different caregiver expeditiously. To ensure the pet sitter is adequately compensated in extenuating circumstances, please be advised that for any unexpected or emergency travel or transport, pet sitter will provide receipts and apply a charge for reimbursement of costs incurred to your booking. An additional charge will also be applied to the cost of your booking at an hourly rate starting at the time of departure to the vet and ending at the time of either arrival to your home or, if your pet is required to stay at the vet, departure from the vet + time it takes to travel to the pet sitter’s home from the vet. This will include any additional trips back and forth to and from the vet to visit or pick up your pet based on the roundtrip to the vet from pet sitter’s or your home. Hourly rates are as follows: 8am-5pm: €10/hr 5pm-10pm: €12/hr 10pm-8am: €16/hr Holidays & Weekends: €18/hr *veterinary emergency room visit wait times can exceed 8 hours on weekends and holidays Cleaning & Vehicle Damage Policy: If pet sitter is required to clean up bodily fluids due to illness (vomit, urine, blood, diarrhea, etc) in order to maintain a safe environment in your home, their own home, or their personal vehicle, a one-time fee of €40 will be applied to your booking. The pet sitter will also require reimbursement by the pet owner for any cleaning supplies that are not readily available in the pet owner’s home. Injury To Pet Sitter Policy: If, under any circumstance, the pet sitter is injured by a pet, the pet sitter will require reimbursement for related medical expenses by the pet owner.
Over: Ik heb sinds 3 jaar een hondje (doodle) waarmee ik erg veel tijd mee doorbreng. Ik geef hem iedere dag eten, verzorg hem, speel met hem en ga vaak met hem uit. Ik weet dus erg goed hoe ik met honden moet omgaan. Ook ben ik altijd meegegaan met puppy training dus ik weet goed hoe ik met puppy's moet omgaan. Daarnaast ben ik al heel mijn leven gek op honden en heb daarom vaak andermans honden uitgelaten en ze verzorgd/met ze gespeeld. Ik studeer maar daarvoor hoef ik nu alleen woensdag en donderdag in de middag op de uni te zijn en voor de rest ben ik altijd wel inzetbaar wanneer nodig. Ik kan naar jullie huis komen en ze huisdieren de verzorging geven waarom jullie vragen en met ze spelen en ze uitlaten indien dit gewenst is.
Over: Van jongs af aan ben ik opgegroeid met honden en katten en heb ik altijd voor hen gezorgd. Later heb ik zelf ook honden en katten gehad, waardoor mijn liefde en ervaring met dieren alleen maar zijn gegroeid. Ik geniet enorm van het tijd doorbrengen met dieren, of dat nu betekent samen spelen, rennen of gewoon actief bezig zijn. Het geeft me energie en voldoening om hen gelukkig en verzorgd te zien! Growing up surrounded by dogs and cats, I’ve always had a deep love for animals and cared for them. Later, having dogs and cats of my own further strengthened my bond with them. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, whether it's playing, running, or simply being active together. Watching them happy and well-cared for brings me both energy and fulfillment! Many of my friends’ and neighbors’ dogs naturally connect with me, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with them.. whether it’s playing, going for walks, or simply keeping them company. I work full-time, but I offer flexibility when it comes to on-site pet care. I am available on weekends and on weekdays after 16:00. I’m happy to coordinate with pet owners to find a schedule that works best for both sides. I live in a small, quiet, and well-kept flat that offers a calm and safe environment for pets. “Ons hondje is een week bij Carla gebleven. Carla was heel lief met hem en gauw voelde ons hondje zich helemaal op z’n gemak. Carla bracht hem om te wandelen en stuurde elke dag een update met foto’s. Duidelijk was te zien hoe goed de band tussen beide was. Carla is zeker 5 sterren waard.”
Over: Van jongs af aan heb ik een natuurlijke band met honden ik begon dan al met honden uitlaat service. Ik heb ervaring met verschillende karakters en leeftijden, en weet hoe belangrijk duidelijkheid, geduld en beweging zijn. Momenteel train ik actief een Border Collie, wat mij veel heeft geleerd over consequent zijn, positieve training en het bieden van structuur. Ik zorg met aandacht, energie en liefde. Of het nu gaat om lange wandelingen, spelen of juist rust en knuffelmomenten. Ik pas mij aan aan wat uw hond nodig heeft. Bij mij is uw hond in betrouwbare en betrokken handen. Momenteel werk ik niet en wil ik wel nog bezig zijn met dingen waar ik om geef. Dus heb ik alle tijd om de dieren zoveel mogelijk aandacht en liefde te geven. Ik ben flexibel en pas mijn zorg volledig aan aan de behoeften van uw hond of kat. Zo beschik ik over een bench voor honden, meerdere kamers die kunnen dienen als rustige plekken, en een beschutte tuin waar dieren veilig kunnen spelen en ontspannen. De omgeving hier is ook heel toegankelijk en fijn voor honden. Leuke wandelgebieden. Mijn eigen Border Collie is sociaal en kan goed grenzen aanvoelen, wat zorgt voor een harmonieuze omgeving. Voor katten die minder gewend zijn aan honden kan ik gemakkelijk aparte ruimtes creëren, zodat iedereen zich veilig en comfortabel voelt. Ik ben in principe altijd thuis en zorg ervoor dat het verblijf van uw huisdier zo aangenaam en stressvrij mogelijk is, met veel aandacht, liefde en persoonlijke zorg.
