Over: I've taken care of my female boxer when I was 11 and now, 20 years later, my best friend is my golden-roller retriever Chef Cappuccino. I cook his food, all his snacks are 100% meat, and I am training him with the STSK9 method. I am highly aware of body language, have knowledge of neuroscience of dogs' brain, provide somatic exercises after walks to relieve stress, and do fitness exercises to take care of the muscles and bones. I am working fully remote, so the dogs will always have someone with them. I live nearby open fields - perfect for getting away from the stressful urban environment. I provide both mental and physical fulfilment - walk my own dog 3-4 times a day (min 30' each), play different games, training (fitness and obedience). I clean their paws and do a general wiping after every walk to avoid infections. I have a fenced garden and a house big enough for each dog to have its room (if needed). Over: We have had dogs for the past 5 years. We go everyday for walks in the fields where they can happily dog around. We also do daily training exercises at home to keep challenging them mentally. And cuddles, loads of cuddles! One of us works fully from home and the other one does 65% home office. Weekends are chill with extra long walks, either close to home or we take the cargo bike to explore places with our pawed friends. The garden is fully enclosed and there is always one of us at home. At home, 10min walk from the studio, I have a medium sized house with a big high-fenced garden where they can hang in the sun! During the day I work as a freelancer at a photography agency in Rotterdam, where I am only with my boyfriend who I work with! It is a big office space where the dogs are free to hang around and play a bit in, I am also always available for walks during "office time". I can pretty much plan my day however I want. I can also stay working from home if needed. Work is a 10min walk from my house in Oude Noorden. I am as flexible as needed and we can arrange it in many different ways. At home at night I am completely free and can do whatever I want. They can also sleep close to me if needed. I am available to the dog 24/7. I will not leave the dog alone unnecessarily, and only if it's ok with the owner. I will always take care of enough water to drink and a cool environment. I can go for walks whenever necessary and will keep them on their leash at all times during the walks. We will previously discuss any needs the dog may have.

Ondertussen heb ik een eigen hond samen met mijn partner Sil, Frida een border collie. Samen trekken we er graag op uit, de natuur in om te wandelen. Als uw huisdier bij ons thuis verblijft dan delen ik en mijn partner de zorg over uw dier. Sil heeft veel ervaring met veel verschillende honden, heeft bij een hondenschool en dagopvang gewerkt. Of uw huisdier jong of oud is, of op een andere manier speciale aandacht nodig heeft, dat is geen enkel probleem. Momenteel studeer ik, daarnaast heb ik genoeg tijd om voor uw huisdier te zorgen, en anders springt mijn partner bij als het nodig is. We wandelen meerdere keren per dag met onze hond Frida dus als het te combineren valt is helemaal mooi meegenomen. En om voor katten in hun eigen woonomgeving te verzorgen is altijd mogelijk. We wonen op de eerste etage in een mooie groene buurt, de balkonzijde van de woning is heel rustig en zonnig. We zijn flexibel en kijken naar wat uw huisdier nodig heeft, en wat goed is voor hem/haar.

I am working fully remote, so the dogs will always have someone with them. I live nearby open fields - perfect for getting away from the stressful urban environment. I would not walk the very big dogs because I am not a big strong lady to be able to hold them next to me if they are too active. But the small or middle sized dogs are perfectly fine. I would clean after them, wash their paws and them fully if needed, take care of their food and water and everything required for them to be happy. Ik bied rust, routine, knuffels en veiligheid – precies wat jouw dier verdient. Of het nu gaat om een lange wandeling, een rustige aanwezigheid in huis of gewoon iemand die écht begrijpt hoe belangrijk jouw dier is: ik ben er met liefde. Met ervaring, geduld en een warm hart zorg ik voor jouw dier alsof het mijn eigen is. Ik werk in principe 36 uur per week, vandaar dat ik na het overlijden van mijn lieve hond Opa zelf geen huisdieren meer heb. Met goede afspraken zorgen we er voor dat wanneer ik op uw dier pas, wij allemaal gelukkig zijn. Ik woon op de 2e etage en dus is het belangrijk dat uw dier trap kan lopen of opgetild kan worden. Verder heb ik een klein balkon waar heerlijk buiten gelegen kan worden. Wil de knuffelkont lekker op de bank? Absoluut geen probleem, liever in een mand knorren mag natuurlijk ook.

Over: Wij hebben altijd honden gehad in de familie. Na de middelbare school vlogen wij uit om elders te wonen/te studeren. Mijn ouders hadden toen besloten geen honden meer te nemen. Dat vond Ik jammer en mis het nog altijd. Verder wil ik graag mensen helpen die voor de hond tijdelijk onderdak zoeken. Ik kan met veel honden omgaan.
