Over: Vanaf mijn 13e tot ik uit huis ging, had mijn vader een fokkerij (boxers) en kwamen we meermaals per week bij de hondenclub waar we onze eigen honden - en de honden van anderen - trainden. Op mijn 14e deed ik voor het eerst zelf mee aan een wedstrijd (VZH, voor de kenners), waarbij baasjes en hun honden laten zien hoe gehoorzaam de hond is. Ik ben dus écht opgegroeid met honden, zowel die al goed luisteren, als die... Een steuntje in de rug nodig hadden ;-). Ik heb geen probleem met angstige of getraumatiseerde honden, slopers of agressievelingen word ik een stuk minder gelukkig van. Mocht je specifieke regels gehandhaafd willen zien, laat het mij gewoon weten en dan zorgen we samen dat jouw hond lekker consistent blijft! Op maandag en woensdag werk ik thuis, en van vrijdag tot en met zondag heb ik weekend! In de zomer werk ik normaliter de hele week thuis, stuur vooral even een berichtje om te kijken wat er mogelijk is. Uiteraard heb ik in de weekenden regelmatig sociale afspraken gepland, maar een week van tevoren weet ik zeker wat er mogelijk is. Ik heb geen buitenruimte (behalve een balkon), maar als een hond bij mij verblijft, zorg ik ervoor dat die in ieder geval 3 keer per dag een rondje buiten loopt. Ik woon in een buurt met veel andere honden, dus tijdens een rondje wandelen zal je hond met andere hondjes in aanraking komen. Je hond is altijd aangelijnd, los lopen is in mijn buurt geen optie. Ik woon in een appartement (~45m2) dus je hondje kan alleen bij mij blijven als hij niet heel veel beweegruimte nodig heeft. Honden mogen niet op meubels (bank/stoelen) of in de slaapkamer. Gelukkig zit ik zelf graag op de grond, dus knuffels komen ze niet zo snel tekort :)

Over: Ik ben opgegroeid met een hond en mis het gezelschap soms nog steeds. Omdat ik niet vaak genoeg thuis ben voor een eigen hond, vind ik het heel leuk om af en toe op een hond te passen. Ik zorg graag voor lange wandelingen, aandacht, spelletjes en natuurlijk veel knuffels, zodat jouw hond zich helemaal thuis voelt. Ik werk fulltime, maar wel dicht bij huis. Wel op de derde verdieping en zonder lift, dus traplopen of optillen is wel een eis. Uitlaten kan natuurlijk altijd!

As a student with a light class schedule, I have a lot of free time that’s also very flexible. I’m available for early morning walks, afternoon play sessions, and even last-minute pet-sitting requests. I currently live in a small apartment in the city center. It's conveniently located, and I don't have any pets or children, so it's suitable for a small dog.

Over: Hoi, ik ben Lindsey en 18 jaar oud. Vanaf jongs af aan hield ik al van dieren en ik ben dan ook al vanaf een jonge leeftijd bekend met katten. Mijn oudste kat is 11 (bijna 12) en mijn jongste kat is bijna 1 jaar. Toevallig genoeg zijn ze compleet verschillend: de één is heel rustig en lief, terwijl de ander erg ondeugend en speels is (natuurlijk ook lief). Het zorgen voor katten als baantje leek mij dus een erg leuk en mooi idee! Verder ben ik erg kalm en heb ik veel geduld. Daarbij heb ik ook twee vogels, al verschillende keren op honden, konijnen en een kat gepast, vroeger heb ik ook vissen gehad en momenteel ben ik vaak bij paarden. Momenteel werk ik drie dagen in de week bij een BSO als vrijwilliger. De werkdag begint pas in de middag en is niet al te lang. Daarnaast zit ik nog wel op de middelbare school, maar volg ik lessen vanuit huis of ga ik een aantal keer in de week een paar uurtjes naar mijn school toe. Ook heb ik afspraken betreffende zorg, maar de planning daarvan is flexibel. Het dier dat ik mag verzorgen krijgt alle zorg dat het minimaal nodig heeft met liefde in de vorm van knuffels, lekkere traktaties, speeltijd en/of uitlaten. Maar hoe ik het dier precies verzorg, ligt geheel aan zijn of haar voorkeuren, maar ook die van het baasje uiteraard.

I am always gentle and caring with every little being in this world. I’ve had experience with some very active dogs, like border collies. And with the small dogs like toy terriers and shi tzuhs. I would not walk the very big dogs because I am not a big strong lady to be able to hold them next to me if they are too active. But the small or middle sized dogs are perfectly fine. I would clean after them, wash their paws and them fully if needed, take care of their food and water and everything required for them to be happy. I am currently working part-time, my schedule can be different, I for sure work on one of the weekends, but it’s mostly not the whole day anyways, so if needed, I’ll still be able to check on your pet for sure. Over: Vanaf mijn 13e tot ik uit huis ging, had mijn vader een fokkerij (boxers) en kwamen we meermaals per week bij de hondenclub waar we onze eigen honden - en de honden van anderen - trainden. Op mijn 14e deed ik voor het eerst zelf mee aan een wedstrijd (VZH, voor de kenners), waarbij baasjes en hun honden laten zien hoe gehoorzaam de hond is. Ik ben dus écht opgegroeid met honden, zowel die al goed luisteren, als die... Een steuntje in de rug nodig hadden ;-). Ik heb geen probleem met angstige of getraumatiseerde honden, slopers of agressievelingen word ik een stuk minder gelukkig van. Mocht je specifieke regels gehandhaafd willen zien, laat het mij gewoon weten en dan zorgen we samen dat jouw hond lekker consistent blijft! Op maandag en woensdag werk ik thuis, en van vrijdag tot en met zondag heb ik weekend! In de zomer werk ik normaliter de hele week thuis, stuur vooral even een berichtje om te kijken wat er mogelijk is. Uiteraard heb ik in de weekenden regelmatig sociale afspraken gepland, maar een week van tevoren weet ik zeker wat er mogelijk is. Ik heb geen buitenruimte (behalve een balkon), maar als een hond bij mij verblijft, zorg ik ervoor dat die in ieder geval 3 keer per dag een rondje buiten loopt. Ik woon in een buurt met veel andere honden, dus tijdens een rondje wandelen zal je hond met andere hondjes in aanraking komen. Je hond is altijd aangelijnd, los lopen is in mijn buurt geen optie. Ik woon in een appartement (~45m2) dus je hondje kan alleen bij mij blijven als hij niet heel veel beweegruimte nodig heeft. Honden mogen niet op meubels (bank/stoelen) of in de slaapkamer. Gelukkig zit ik zelf graag op de grond, dus knuffels komen ze niet zo snel tekort :)

Over: Wij hebben altijd honden gehad in de familie. Na de middelbare school vlogen wij uit om elders te wonen/te studeren. Mijn ouders hadden toen besloten geen honden meer te nemen. Dat vond Ik jammer en mis het nog altijd. Verder wil ik graag mensen helpen die voor de hond tijdelijk onderdak zoeken. Ik kan met veel honden omgaan. Ik ben een zeer ervaren huizenruiler en heb 14 jaar via uitwisselingen op huizen en huisdieren gepast in - en buiten Europa. Ik weet dus hoe het is om dieren bij iemand achter te laten en om voor andere dan eigen dieren te zorgen. Sinds 2024 heb ik zelf geen dieren meer. Mijn vaste oppas hond (was 15) en vaste oppas poes (was 17) zijn inmiddels overleden. Via een grote Britse website pas ik op momenteel op honden en katten in het buitenland in ruil voor een verblijf zodat ik kan reizen. Via Rover.com zoek ik honden waarop ik kan passen als ik thuis ben. Ik maak nog wel steeds graag een uitzondering voor oppassen in bepaalde gebieden in Londen, in het bijzonder rondom Hyde Park, maar ook veel andere parken daar zijn geweldig voor honden: St James's Park, Regent's Park, Battersea Park, Holland Park, Primrose Hill, en Hampstead Heath. Mijn ervaringen hebben me flexibel, vindingrijk en bekwaam gemaakt om met uitdagingen om te gaan die zich tijdens de afwezigheid van de eigenaar kunnen voordoen. Ik hou zoveel contact met eigenaren als ze dat willen zodat ze op de hoogte blijven over het welzijn van hun dier(en) terwijl ze weg zijn. Af en toe pas ik bij mensen thuis op mits zij op redelijke afstand wonen en goed te bereiken zijn met openbaar vervoer. Over: Ik ben opgegroeid met mensen om mij heen die honden hadden en heb regelmatig opgepast op honden van vrienden, familie en kennissen. Momenteel hebben wij zelf geen hond, maar mijn partner heeft meer dan 20 jaar ervaring met honden, waaronder het hebben en trainen van twee eigen honden. Samen hebben we veel kennis van gedrag, verzorging en het bieden van structuur en rust, afgestemd op de behoeften van elke hond. Ik werk vier dagen per week vanuit huis, waardoor ik veel aanwezig ben en echt aandacht kan geven aan een huisdier. Ik wandel dagelijks en ben graag buiten, dus extra rondes of speeltijd passen vanzelf in mijn dag. Ik heb een rustig en voorspelbaar ritme en vind het belangrijk dat dieren zich veilig en op hun gemak voelen. Ik neem de tijd om een dier te leren kennen en kijk goed naar wat het nodig heeft, of dat nu rust, aandacht of structuur is. Betrouwbaarheid en zorgvuldigheid staan voor ons beide voorop, zodat baasjes hun huisdier met een gerust gevoel aan ons kunnen toevertrouwen. We wonen in een appartement van ruim 80 m² op de eerste verdieping met lift. Het appartement is rustig, netjes en veilig ingericht voor honden en heeft een balkon. We wonen naast het Kralingse Bos, waardoor er volop mogelijkheden zijn voor fijne en rustige wandelingen, evenals het vinden van nieuwe viervoetervriendjes. Ik woon samen met mijn partner, die ook veel ervaring heeft met de verzorging en het omgaan met honden. Samen zorgen we voor een veilige, stabiele en prettige omgeving waarin een huisdier zich snel thuis kan voelen.

Over: Ik ben opgegroeid met de Ierse setter van mijn opa & oma, ik bracht veel tijd met haar door, iedere dag wandelen en spelen met haar. Hier is mijn liefde voor honden begonnen. Ondertussen heb ik een eigen hond samen met mijn partner Sil, Frida een border collie. Samen trekken we er graag op uit, de natuur in om te wandelen. Als uw huisdier bij ons thuis verblijft dan delen ik en mijn partner de zorg over uw dier. Sil heeft veel ervaring met veel verschillende honden, heeft bij een hondenschool en dagopvang gewerkt. Of uw huisdier jong of oud is, of op een andere manier speciale aandacht nodig heeft, dat is geen enkel probleem. Momenteel studeer ik, daarnaast heb ik genoeg tijd om voor uw huisdier te zorgen, en anders springt mijn partner bij als het nodig is. We wandelen meerdere keren per dag met onze hond Frida dus als het te combineren valt is helemaal mooi meegenomen. En om voor katten in hun eigen woonomgeving te verzorgen is altijd mogelijk. We wonen op de eerste etage in een mooie groene buurt, de balkonzijde van de woning is heel rustig en zonnig. We zijn flexibel en kijken naar wat uw huisdier nodig heeft, en wat goed is voor hem/haar.
