Over: I am friendly, kind and very good with animals. I have looked after stray animals for all of my life, and I have looked after 2 beautiful cats for more than 7 years. I have been providing animal care on these sorts of platforms since 2025. I am very experienced with difficult and not-so-friendly cats, also with administrating oral medication. I don’t mind when it comes to breed, size, and/or age, all animals are welcome with me. I have a followed a grooming course where I learned how to wash, dry, and style many dog breeds and cats. I will make sure to play with them, perform tricks, and go on potty breaks as often as needed. Feel free to contact me for any bookings and questions! I’m currently working part time 2 days a week in the afternoon/evening, and by the time I’m gone my boyfriend comes home pretty soon therefore there is almost always someone in the house. Of course, we make sure to keep around some treats in the house for our visitors ;) When I am at a client’s house, I make sure to respect the environment that I am in and make sure to keep/leave it clean. Additionally, I like taking care of plants in my house so if you have any in yours that needs to be watered, I can take care of that too!

I am working part-time from home, part-time from the office in Wageningen. Over: Ik heb sinds ik me kan herinneren een liefde voor dieren. Zo ben ik opgevoed en zo zit mijn familie in elkaar. Toen ik op mezelf ging wonen had ik een oudere kat genaamd Vegas geadopteerd, en toen kwam er corona en merkte ik dat zij het fijn vond dat er iemand altijd thuis was. Het werd tijd voor een maatje. Rio kwam bij ons wonen. Helaas werd Vegas heel erg ziek 2 jaar geleden en is ze er niet meer. De nu 6 jarige poes woont ondertussen samen met mij en Tommy, een mix Sharpei / Bosnische straathond van 2 jaar oud. Tommy is gevonden toen die nog geen 2 weken oud was en hij was er erg slecht aan toe. Hij mocht naar Nederland komen en nu is hij mijn leven. Hij is heel erg sociaal en kan goed zijn grenzen aangeven. Vooral met drukke jonge honden die sommige social ques nog niet helemaal doorhebben. Omdat ik 3 dagen in de week thuis werk en in het weekend vrij ben is er altijd ruimte om nog een hond in huis te nemen of om deze uit te laten. Ik ben geordend, streng, maar wel rechtvaardig. Belonen voor goed gedrag is dan ook het handvat met hoe ik werk bij mijn eigen hond. Ik zou het leuk vinden om met verschillende honden te mogen werken. Ook kan ik medicijnen toedienen (wel alleen pillen) en elke wandeling zoek ik weer een leuk rondje uit met nieuwe geurtjes. Ik werk 3 dagen in de week thuis, ik heb 3 kwartier lunchpauze en ik woon in een mooie omgeving waar leuk kan worden gewandeld. Tussendoor is er altijd ruimte om even te plassen buiten voor hoge nood. Na mijn werkdag is er gelijk weer tijd voor een lange wandeling. In het bos, of naar het hondenstrand of door de buurt heen waar ook een leuk park zit. Daarna kan er worden avond gegeten of je word gelijk opgehaald/naar huis gebracht. Ik woon in een appartement. Ik heb een balkon die volledig omheind is en er tussendoor een frisse neus kan worden gehaald. Als ik bij je langs moet komen om de hond uit te laten zal ik van te voren even een leuke route opzoeken die we kunnen wandelen.

Over: Wij zorgen al sinds jongs af aan voor honden. Met veel liefde en plezier. We hebben zelf momenteel geen hond, en zijn daarom maar al te graag oppas voor jouw hond. Tamara werkt 4 dagen thuis en Kees 2 a 3. Genoeg tijd om een hond veel aandacht te geven en lekker een stuk te gaan wandelen. We wonen in een rustige straat en hebben een omheinde tuin. Geen grote tuin, maar toch lekker om even naar buiten te kunnen. In de buurt is er mogelijkheid om langs het water te lopen of het groen op te zoeken.

Over: Ik heb mijn hele jeugd een hond thuis gehad, die mij, naast een beste vriend voor het leven, een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel heeft gegeven. Na school eerst naar huis om de hond uit te laten, als 15 jarige misschien niet waar je zin in hebt maar wel moet doen. En uiteindelijk altijd blij om even dat momentje buiten te hebben. Ik heb een groot hart, geef elke hond en kat op straat een aai, en ben dol op een wandeling in de prachtige natuur die mijn omgeving te bieden heeft. Op dit moment werk ik veel vanuit huis, dus heb ik alle tijd om een fijne en gezellige plek te bieden voor huisdieren. Ik vind het fijn om lekker naar buiten te gaan en woon dichtbij het park en bos waar ik het heerlijk vind om te wandelen, zeker met een viervoetige vriend. Ik heb veel aandacht voor het dier en ben veel bezig met of die het naar z’n zin heeft en tevreden is. Mijn huis is niet al te groot maar ik heb een ruime woonkamer waar een huisdier lekker zijn of haar gang kan gaan. Als ik bij het baasje thuis oppas heb ik respect voor de dagelijkse routine van het dier en huis.

Over: My love for animals it is not a secret, so of course my family and friends trusted me to feed, walk or check on their pets everytime they needed, and I did it gladly, because I know a pet it is not just a pet, it is part of the family. Right now I'm still studying and learning the dutch languague, so I have some free time to do whatever I need. This allows me to have some free time for this side job. I need to know certainly if the pets are ok with strangers, because as much as I like to interact with them I am not quallified to work with agresive dogs or cats, so I have to know this first. Then I like to know about their rutine, what they eat and if they have special needs. If I have to walk them I always like to bring them to the Park with their leash and let them sniff the grass, bushes etc. I don't let them interact with other dogs unless the owner request this. When it comes to feed them at your place I always like to give them their food or if the owner request me to play or walk their pet, I do this first so they can do whatever they have to do at the Park.

Having cared for dogs, cats, parrots, and hamsters over the years, pet care is both a lifelong passion and second nature to me. I remember myself at 7-8 years old begging for a pet to take care of, because I couldn’t take chickens or pigs to my apartment from my grandmas village. Since I was 14 years old I have been taking care of my cat Mars and after that dog Herra. They were a big part of my life, you can see them on my pictures. I potty trained my cat, walked and trained my dog, spending a lot of my feee time with them. Over: I worked with my family dog in therapy certification, agility training, and basic training like heel, play dead, etc (she is my pride and joy)! I have also walked dogs in the neighborhood and pet sat for a list of family and friends. I have a lot of availability right now and open to routine long or short walks, or just cuddles! I live near prospect park and happy to go there as many times as needed! I work from home now and live near a park with a lot of availability for walks. I do live on the 4th floor of a walk up - happy to carry small dogs if needed. I can also accommodate a crate if needed. Although i loved him very much he wasn't without his pre-existing issues with agression against other dogs. with training and consistent conditioning I was able to greatly improve it. Im currently in a bit of limbo regarding my career so can't commit to having a dog fulltime. but would love to take care of yours! We had dogs at home growing up as well so plenty of experience with dogs of all sizes. i have an athletic 96Kg build so can handle dogs of pretty much any size. im currently unemployed so have plenty of time to either come to you and walk your dog or can take care of your dog here. No pet yet (still dreaming!), but lucky to care for yours. 🐶 My Dog experience I've taken care of a baby Shiba multiple times, which taught me how much patience and joy puppies bring. In Wageningen, I've done some daycare, boarding (a Teckel for one night, a Labrador for six days), and many walks. For boarding at my place, I prefer house-trained dogs because I live in student accommodation. On walks, I'll need a sturdy leash and snacks if your dog isn't friendly with others, I'll be careful to avoid other dogs too. 🐱 My Cat experience Living with a roommate's two cats for a whole year changed me. I went from not knowing much about cats to truly loving their company every day. I also cared for a friend's three cats during her vacation (feeding, medicine, and cleaning). In Wageningen, I've done multiple home visits. For boarding at my place, your cat can stay in my room or explore the corridor. 💕 My style I give cuddles but also space. I read animal body language carefully and never force interaction. Safety always comes first. I can give medicine if you provide clear instructions (paper or PDF for anything complex). 🏠 House sitting & doggy day care I live in student housing with roommates, but I'm the only one who will care for your pet. My typical day: morning feed, then a long walk plus ball play, then nap. Some dogs need three walks (afternoon and before bed). For cats: litter, grooming, play, and evening feed. Evenings are for movies, pets are very welcome on my bed, even big dogs, for lap time and cuddles. 📸 Updates I never leave pets alone for long periods. I'll send regular photos so you can relax. Since I can't have my own pet yet, I truly look forward to caring for yours. Walks, boarding, sitting, vacation care – whatever works for you. Walks & cat home visits: I'm available before and after classes, and often can work from home too. My schedule is adaptable, and I can often accommodate last-minute requests. My home & roommates I live on a student floor, and my roommates have given me permission to bring a pet. It's completely allowed and not a disturbance. The dog or cat will stay in my room. When I go to the kitchen, they might see my roommates (who usually enjoy it) but I'm the only one taking care of them! :) Preferences I prefer dogs that are house-trained because I live in a building. For cats, they are welcome to stay in my room or explore the corridor if they are comfortable doing so. Dog walks – what I need from you Please provide a sturdy leash and snacks in case your dog is not comfortable around other dogs. In that situation, I always change streets or take an alternate route when I see another dog approaching. I am working part-time from home, part-time from the office in Wageningen. I am mostly home in the mornings and evenings on office days; when I work from home I may run an errand or go for a run, but should be mostly home to hang out with the animals! I am a calm person with a PhD in animal welfare and behaviour. Therefore, I know very well how to read animals, to ensure they have the best experience with me as pet sitter!

Over: Ik heb sinds ik me kan herinneren een liefde voor dieren. Zo ben ik opgevoed en zo zit mijn familie in elkaar. Toen ik op mezelf ging wonen had ik een oudere kat genaamd Vegas geadopteerd, en toen kwam er corona en merkte ik dat zij het fijn vond dat er iemand altijd thuis was. Het werd tijd voor een maatje. Rio kwam bij ons wonen. Helaas werd Vegas heel erg ziek 2 jaar geleden en is ze er niet meer. De nu 6 jarige poes woont ondertussen samen met mij en Tommy, een mix Sharpei / Bosnische straathond van 2 jaar oud. Tommy is gevonden toen die nog geen 2 weken oud was en hij was er erg slecht aan toe. Hij mocht naar Nederland komen en nu is hij mijn leven. Hij is heel erg sociaal en kan goed zijn grenzen aangeven. Vooral met drukke jonge honden die sommige social ques nog niet helemaal doorhebben. Omdat ik 3 dagen in de week thuis werk en in het weekend vrij ben is er altijd ruimte om nog een hond in huis te nemen of om deze uit te laten. Ik ben geordend, streng, maar wel rechtvaardig. Belonen voor goed gedrag is dan ook het handvat met hoe ik werk bij mijn eigen hond. Ik zou het leuk vinden om met verschillende honden te mogen werken. Ook kan ik medicijnen toedienen (wel alleen pillen) en elke wandeling zoek ik weer een leuk rondje uit met nieuwe geurtjes. Ik werk 3 dagen in de week thuis, ik heb 3 kwartier lunchpauze en ik woon in een mooie omgeving waar leuk kan worden gewandeld. Tussendoor is er altijd ruimte om even te plassen buiten voor hoge nood. Na mijn werkdag is er gelijk weer tijd voor een lange wandeling. In het bos, of naar het hondenstrand of door de buurt heen waar ook een leuk park zit. Daarna kan er worden avond gegeten of je word gelijk opgehaald/naar huis gebracht. Ik woon in een appartement. Ik heb een balkon die volledig omheind is en er tussendoor een frisse neus kan worden gehaald. Als ik bij je langs moet komen om de hond uit te laten zal ik van te voren even een leuke route opzoeken die we kunnen wandelen.

Over: Wij zorgen al sinds jongs af aan voor honden. Met veel liefde en plezier. We hebben zelf momenteel geen hond, en zijn daarom maar al te graag oppas voor jouw hond. Tamara werkt 4 dagen thuis en Kees 2 a 3. Genoeg tijd om een hond veel aandacht te geven en lekker een stuk te gaan wandelen. We wonen in een rustige straat en hebben een omheinde tuin. Geen grote tuin, maar toch lekker om even naar buiten te kunnen. In de buurt is er mogelijkheid om langs het water te lopen of het groen op te zoeken.

Over: Dag baasjes! Mijn naam is Maria en ik ben een dierenvriend(in) woonachtig in Nijmegen. Sinds mijn studietijd heb ik als hobby en bijbaan het oppassen op en uitlaten van huisdieren. Ik heb zelf een heel lieve, rustige hond. Ik heb vooral ervaring met honden, maar ook met katten en knaagdieren. Ik ben niet bang voor een dier met een gebruiksaanwijzing, zo lang we elkaar dan eerst even goed leren kennen voor het oppassen of uitlaten. Momenteel werk ik veel thuis en daardoor ben ik regelmatig beschikbaar als oppas of uitlater. Ik laat niet graag ‘s avonds uit, maar ik ben wel een ochtendmens. Honden (mits ze goed kunnen opschieten met andere honden) zijn welkom bij oppas bij mij thuis, kattenoppas doe ik liever bij jou thuis. Ik heb een kleine omheinde tuin en zelf een lieve, rustige hond. Ik pas alleen bij mij thuis op honden die (minimaal) twee uur alleen thuis kunnen zijn.

Door mijn eigen ervaringen heb ik geleerd hoeveel rust, vertrouwen en geluk dieren kunnen brengen. Ik bied honden en katten een warm en liefdevol thuis in mijn fijne huis, omringd door natuur. Met rust, aandacht en fijne wandelingen midden in de natuur, langs bossen, vijvers en de duinen. In mijn grote afgesloten tuin en speciaal ingerichte kamer kunnen zij veilig ontspannen, spelen en genieten van alle aandacht die zij nodig hebben. Ik vind het belangrijk dat dieren zich veilig, rustig en vertrouwd voelen. Daarom kijk ik goed naar hun behoeften en geef ik ieder dier persoonlijke aandacht. De aanwezigheid van honden mis ik enorm en daarom geef ik honden en katten met veel liefde, geduld en aandacht een warm thuis. Missschien tot snel! 😊 Ik werk voornamelijk vanuit huis, waardoor de verzorging van huisdieren perfect in mijn dagelijkse routine past. Mijn dagen kan ik flexibel indelen zodat er voldoende tijd is voor uitlaten, spelen, rustmomenten en persoonlijke aandacht. Daarnaast maak ik graag wandelingen in de dichtbijgelegen bossen en prachtige duinen, zodat honden voldoende beweging, frisse lucht en ontspanning krijgen. Ik verzorg huisdieren in een rustige, veilige en huiselijke omgeving met veel persoonlijke aandacht. In mijn ruime huis en omheinde tuin kunnen honden vrij rennen, spelen en ontspannen. Daarnaast heb ik twee aparte kamers ingericht: één voor honden met matten en speeltjes, en één voor katten met een speel- en klimhoek waar zij zich veilig kunnen terugtrekken. Meerdere keren per dag maken we fijne wandelingen en tussendoor zijn er voldoende rustmomenten, zodat dieren zich ontspannen en vertrouwd kunnen voelen.
