“Onze hond Marley heeft het prima gehad bij Michelle tijdens onze zomervakantie in juli 2022. Op de dagen dat het in Nederland tegen de 35 of zelfs 40 graden werd, stonden er in de woonkamer een mobiele airco en ventilatoren. Michelle woont in het huis waar ook de honden verblijven dus ze krijgen de aandacht die ze verdienen. We weten niet of de honden ook altijd op het veld achter het huis kunnen spelen wanneer de honden dit zelf willen. Michelle stuurde spontaan een foto van onze hond en vertelde hoe het met Marley ging. Erg leuk en geruststellend voor ons. Dankjewel Michelle voor de goede zorgen!”

“Dovilė took amazing care of our furbaby Sozo! From the beginning, she talked about how she was going to make him feel at home, how she would safely introduce her dog to him, and how she would treat him like part of the family. Her and her husband did all those things! He was very spoiled going on many walks every day and getting to explore a lot! She even brushed him and took layers of fur off in doing so making him feel so much lighter and not as hot! She also ended his stay by giving him a bath. Everyday I got sent pictures, videos, and great detailed updates about how he was doing, how he was adjusting, and how much they were enjoying his company as well. You can really tell that she loves animals and treats your dog like one of her own. You could tell my dog really enjoyed his time there and I will definitely book with Dovilė again! I just like to take the extra precaution to give both of us piece of mind. At the client’s home, I’ll follow yours and your dog’s routine. I’ll initially watch them closely to assess how they interact in their home. I do this for my own understanding so I can best read their needs.
Over: I am obsessed with dogs particularly rescues. I rescued my tripaw Odin 14 years ago from a river in Spain. I travelled the world with him (25+ countries) and trained him to be the best companion. He sadly passed in November 2025. I rescued Nuri two years ago and she is the happiest bundle of joy. She is just full of love and happiness. We look forward to welcome your lovely furr babies into our amazing home. I am self employed with my own companies. I work from home and I train every day but i own my schedule. The dogs are always with me, or if they are left at home it's only for a few hours where they can relax on the ultra comfy sofas. A few details about my services: • I happily provide house sitting throughout the Netherlands wherever the location is reasonably accessible by public transport. Having lived in both Amsterdam and Apeldoorn, I’m comfortable traveling to care for pets in different parts of the country. For bookings that require travel by public transport, I kindly ask that travel expenses are covered by the pet owner. I’m always happy to discuss the expected travel costs with you in advance so everything is clear before confirming the booking. • Dog walking and drop-in visits are available locally around Apeldoorn, where I can easily travel by bike. • I always like to arrange a short meet-and-greet beforehand so we can get to know each other, meet your pet, and make sure we are a great match. For meet-ups outside my local area, I kindly ask that travel expenses are covered. A quick note about Rover’s pricing: Rover may automatically add significant extra charges for additional pets. Ik werk en ben dus beperkt beschikbaar, voor mijn vriendin - student- geldt hetzelfde. Oppas of uitlaten dus altijd in overleg. Let op: ik woon op een bovenverdieping met alleen een trap ter beschikking. Geen tuin of balkon beschikbaar. “Onze hond Marley heeft het prima gehad bij Michelle tijdens onze zomervakantie in juli 2022. Op de dagen dat het in Nederland tegen de 35 of zelfs 40 graden werd, stonden er in de woonkamer een mobiele airco en ventilatoren. Michelle woont in het huis waar ook de honden verblijven dus ze krijgen de aandacht die ze verdienen. We weten niet of de honden ook altijd op het veld achter het huis kunnen spelen wanneer de honden dit zelf willen. Michelle stuurde spontaan een foto van onze hond en vertelde hoe het met Marley ging. Erg leuk en geruststellend voor ons. Dankjewel Michelle voor de goede zorgen!”

“Dovilė took amazing care of our furbaby Sozo! From the beginning, she talked about how she was going to make him feel at home, how she would safely introduce her dog to him, and how she would treat him like part of the family. Her and her husband did all those things! He was very spoiled going on many walks every day and getting to explore a lot! She even brushed him and took layers of fur off in doing so making him feel so much lighter and not as hot! She also ended his stay by giving him a bath. Everyday I got sent pictures, videos, and great detailed updates about how he was doing, how he was adjusting, and how much they were enjoying his company as well. You can really tell that she loves animals and treats your dog like one of her own. You could tell my dog really enjoyed his time there and I will definitely book with Dovilė again! Couldn’t recommend her enough!!”

Your dog will be coming into a calm, dog-savvy home run by people who genuinely love this - not somewhere treating it as a side hustle. I offer boarding at my place, house sitting at yours, and dog walks in and around Hilversum and the Gooi. I keep numbers small on purpose so that your dog gets real attention, a proper routine, and someone who actually notices if something feels off. I use an intake form with every booking so I know your dog's routine, quirks, health needs, and what they're like with other dogs before anything is confirmed. No surprises for either of us. I am additionally comfortable with senior dogs who need calm over chaos and dogs with specific routines or sensitivities. I ask for: honest answers on the intake form and a quick meet-and-greet before boarding or sitting bookings. Pet care isn't something I fit around a busy schedule, it is the priority when I have a booking. I work from home, which means dogs in my care aren't left alone for long stretches during the day. Walks, feeding, rest, and outdoor time follow your dog's natural routine as closely as possible, not mine. I keep bookings small so I'm never stretched across too many dogs at once. My home is calm, dog-proofed, and already shared with 2 dogs of my own, so incoming dogs arrive into a settled environment. Before any boarding or sitting booking I use a detailed intake form covering health, behavior, feeding, and emergency contacts, plus a meet-and-greet to make sure it's a good fit. I use a signed agreement with every client. If something feels off with a dog during a stay such as appetite, energy, behavior, I notice and I communicate that. Owners hear from me with updates; they don't have to chase me for them.

She sent me lots of pics and video's so that I could enjoy my holidays without worrying. Her two dogs were also very nice company for mine. The house and garden are a perfect environment for dogs!
