Since I moved away from Greece, I miss every day my family dog but I find joy in taking care my friend's and colleague's pets while they are away and I love every second of it. Over: Ik heb al sinds mijn 8ste honden gehad. Eerst een straathond die hielp ik toen verzorgen met mijn ouders, heel veel uitlaten, hardlopen en interactieve spelletjes zoals snifferdoeken of dat hij brokjes moest zoeken. Dit was namelijk wel een erg actieve hond. Nu woon ik als student in leeuwarden, thuis bij me ouders heb ik alle puppy training van onze nu 3 jarige labrador verzorgt. En we hebben ook nog eens een mopshond van 16 dus de oudjes worden ook niet buitengesloten😉. Iniedergeval mis ik het nu wel om lekker honden te trainen, uitlaten en verzorgen. Vandaar dit account! Momenteel ben ik dus student. Ik doe dierenmanagment, maar gelukkig zijn mijn uren heel flexibel. Als je bij mij wilt boeken dan is het wel fijn als er contact wordt gelegd, sinds sommigen weken drukker kunnen zijn dan andere. Ik woon wel in een appartement die niet enorm groot is vandaar dat ik ook geen honden van 45+ kilo aaneem. Ik neem oppas honden alleen aan als ik genoeg tijd heb, vandaar is het character en ras ook fijn om te weten zodat ik weet hoeveel tijd ervoor nodig is. Honden mogen bij mij niet op mijn bank of bed, als ze dit nou echt gewend zijn dan zijn er uitzonderingen te maken. Over: Hoi! Wij zijn Jonna (25) en Ana (24) en samen wonen we in Utrecht. We zijn allebei enorme hondenliefhebbers en hebben allebei van jongs af aan veel ervaring met honden. Jonna is opgegroeid met honden en heeft sinds haar achtste altijd een hond in huis gehad. Bij haar vader woonde tot een paar jaar geleden een lieve Toller, maar nu een energieke pup mix Toller/Australian Shepard. Daarnaast heeft zij ervaring met het helpen in dierenopvangcentra, waar onder andere honden uitlaten en dagelijkse verzorging bij hoorden. Ana heeft zes jaar lang een hond gehad bij haar ouders en heeft daar veel verantwoordelijkheid in gedragen. Samen vinden we het heerlijk om met honden bezig te zijn: wandelen, trainen, spelen en natuurlijk knuffelen horen daar allemaal bij. We letten goed op het karakter en de behoeften van elke hond en passen onze aanpak daarop aan, of het nu gaat om een actieve pup of een wat rustigere, oudere hond. We wonen in een appartement met balkon (geen tuin), maar maken dagelijks meerdere wandelingen en nemen daar uitgebreid de tijd voor. Bij ons krijgen honden veel aandacht, structuur en een veilige, huiselijke plek. We kijken ernaar uit om jouw hond bij ons te mogen ontvangen! Wij werken beiden full-time, maar Ana werkt onregelmatige uren in de zorg waardoor er vaak of bijna altijd iemand thuis is. Jonna werkt 2-3 dagen per week thuis. Een lekkere ochtend wandeling, middag (mits iemand thuis is) en er lange middag I will respect any of the terms we will set together. As long as those terms are discussed, I think we should be fine! My partner works from home 3 days a week. This means we have quite an open and flexible schedule to take in pets! We also like to go for a long hike on Sundays. We live in a flat with an upstairs section, and a small terrace in the city centre of Utrecht. When our friend's cat comes to stay over, we put some of the houseplants away for safety. In any case, we do not open any windows or doors unless we are able to keep an active eye on the pet. Over: Since I was little I've cared for dogs, both big and small, and their puppy litters and I've also fostered stray puppies we've found and given them a safe home. Currently I have 2 lovely dogs (one Rhodesian ridgeback and 1 local breed) and 3 cats at home back in Tanzania with my parents. I'm a student taking a gap year before i enter university while also redoing some of my examinations, so I have ALOT of extra time on my schedule everyday. While I'm not studying Rover is an opportunity for me to mix my love for animals while keeping myself busy and exploring new areas of Utrecht that I have yet to see ( AND taking cute pets on walks because who wouldn't want that??!) i dont have any pets living with me at the moment since im in a new country but usually at home my pets are very free around the house as they're behaved fairly well and i take my dogs on regular walks and hang out with both my cats and dogs like i would with my own best friend.

I’m free most of the afternoons/ evenings. So we can arrange a schedule if needed to petsit your baby. Over: Altijd honden gehad maar ik heb nu geen tuin en vond dat een probleem. Masr ik ben gek op lang en veel eandelen en spelen met dr hond. Momenteel werk ik partime vanaf einde middag. Ik kan wandelen en oppassen op alle dagen van de week na 16.00 en in het weekend op hele dagen. Ik ga met de hond op stap na mooie bossen rond Utrecht. Verder lekker spelen met een bal al hij / zij dat leuk vind . Alles met mijn eigen auto.
Over: I've had family dogs growing up and was always the one to feed them, walk them or generally take care of them. I got my first dog 11 years ago and it's been the best thing to ever happen to me. We added a second dog almost 10 years ago. My first boy made me a dog owner and my second has made me a dog trainer. I've read lots of dog training books and work with my boys everyday using positive reinforcemen. I love taking them hiking, camping, to the dog park or just to the coffee shop. I'm passionate about making sure they get activity every single day and would love to help other dogs do the same. My younger dog is good at playing with small and medium dogs. Despite their age, they're still very active. We walk 10km a day and play.
Over: I've taken care of cats for 11 years, and can care for senior/sick cats too! Having grown up with two cats at home, I am used to feeding, grooming, toilet-training, medication-giving, and other tasks catering cats from babies to elderlies. I have two cats back in my hometown, but in my current place of residence (where your cats will be hosted if you request boarding), there are no pets. So feel free to request boarding even if your pet is shy! I'm currently between jobs, so I am home almost fulltime other than a few hours out a day. Therefore I can pay full attention and love for your cats if necessary. If your pets need vitamins or medications, I am comfortable and experienced with mixing it into their food or feeding them directly. I can tend to all of their needs, so feel free to detail your cat's personalities and preferences!

Het kan zijn dat ik wandelingen van honden combineer, de groepen zullen niet groter zijn dan 4 honden en vaak zelfs kleiner. Indien dit niet gewenst is kunnen de mogelijkheden besproken worden. Ik kom uw hond ophalen en rij vervolgens naar een veilig uitlaatgebied waar ik 30 of 60 minuten met ze ga wandelen. Mijn werkgebied is alleen onder de Lek. Stuur mij een berichtje en dan kunnen we samen uw wensen bespreken. De verzorging van de dieren doe ik in overleg met de eigenaar. Wij bespreken de wensen en kijken wat de mogelijkheden zijn. Indien we hier uitkomen zal er een kennismaking plaatsvinden. Ik verzorg de dieren naar wens van de eigenaar. Dit is ook de reden dat ik graag vooraf de wensen bespreek om te kijken of dit passend is. De verzorging is altijd bij het baasje thuis en doe ik met veel liefde. Het dier krijgt bij een bezoek 30 minuten knuffels als ze daar behoefte aan hebben.

Over: Hoi! Wij zijn Jonna (25) en Ana (24) en samen wonen we in Utrecht. We zijn allebei enorme hondenliefhebbers en hebben allebei van jongs af aan veel ervaring met honden. Jonna is opgegroeid met honden en heeft sinds haar achtste altijd een hond in huis gehad. Bij haar vader woonde tot een paar jaar geleden een lieve Toller, maar nu een energieke pup mix Toller/Australian Shepard. Daarnaast heeft zij ervaring met het helpen in dierenopvangcentra, waar onder andere honden uitlaten en dagelijkse verzorging bij hoorden. Ana heeft zes jaar lang een hond gehad bij haar ouders en heeft daar veel verantwoordelijkheid in gedragen. Samen vinden we het heerlijk om met honden bezig te zijn: wandelen, trainen, spelen en natuurlijk knuffelen horen daar allemaal bij. We letten goed op het karakter en de behoeften van elke hond en passen onze aanpak daarop aan, of het nu gaat om een actieve pup of een wat rustigere, oudere hond. We wonen in een appartement met balkon (geen tuin), maar maken dagelijks meerdere wandelingen en nemen daar uitgebreid de tijd voor. Bij ons krijgen honden veel aandacht, structuur en een veilige, huiselijke plek. We kijken ernaar uit om jouw hond bij ons te mogen ontvangen! Wij werken beiden full-time, maar Ana werkt onregelmatige uren in de zorg waardoor er vaak of bijna altijd iemand thuis is. Jonna werkt 2-3 dagen per week thuis. Een lekkere ochtend wandeling, middag (mits iemand thuis is) en er lange middag I will respect any of the terms we will set together. As long as those terms are discussed, I think we should be fine! Over: My partner (Sam) and I (Isabella) love housesitting dogs and cats in our flat in the city centre of Utrecht. We regularly housesit a neighbours dog and through Rover have had the opportunity to take care of many other dogs! We are also happy to take care of cats - we housesit Momo, friends' cat regularly too 🌞 I am a researcher working from home with a flexible schedule, so I often take breaks throughout the day to go for a stroll in the neighbourhood. My partner works from home 3 days a week. This means we have quite an open and flexible schedule to take in pets! We also like to go for a long hike on Sundays. We live in a flat with an upstairs section, and a small terrace in the city centre of Utrecht. When our friend's cat comes to stay over, we put some of the houseplants away for safety. In any case, we do not open any windows or doors unless we are able to keep an active eye on the pet. We can discuss any accommodation needed (medication, length of walk, hazards, etc) with you when you contact us!
Over: Altijd honden gehad maar ik heb nu geen tuin en vond dat een probleem. Masr ik ben gek op lang en veel eandelen en spelen met dr hond. Momenteel werk ik partime vanaf einde middag. Ik kan wandelen en oppassen op alle dagen van de week na 16.00 en in het weekend op hele dagen. Ik ga met de hond op stap na mooie bossen rond Utrecht. Verder lekker spelen met een bal al hij / zij dat leuk vind . Alles met mijn eigen auto.
