Over: Hi! 😊 I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else — so my goal is simple: to make them feel safe, cared for, and genuinely loved while you’re away. 

I live in Eindhoven city center and truly enjoy having animals around me. I grew up in Spain with dogs; my Labrador Polo completely stole my heart 🤎 and since living away from them, caring for other people’s pets has become something I really value.

I’ve now looked after dogs with very different personalities, and I always adapt to what they need — whether that’s lots of playtime, a calm environment, or just someone nearby. My goal is that they feel comfortable and at home, not stressed or out of place.

All the pets I’ve cared for (and their owners!) have been really happy with my care, which honestly means a lot to me. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I always keep you updated with messages, photos, and quick replies.

I have a flexible job, so I can work from home and be with your pet most (or all) of the time, or drop by during the day for walks and visits. I live in a spacious 70m² apartment with a secure terrace, and pets can relax wherever they feel most at home. Also, I live within walking distance (15mins) of a fenced dog park, and going is always an option!

This means that I am ready to take day cares, where I spend all day with them, but also able to come back and forth in case your pet has special needs or a routine. I will always invite you over, so we and your pet, can get acquainted and so that I stop being a stranger. My flat is nice and spacious, I have hosted big dogs with a lot of energy, several times. We will go out as much as they need, and in the neighborhood there are 2 dog parks, in a 10-15 min walking range, where we can also go to have some fun times, if this is what your dog needs. But if what your dog needs is peace and cuddles, I am also a master in that! Some times, if I already know the dogs, and the owners accept, I host more than one dog at the same time.

Over: I've owned and cared for my poodle for 6 years, so I know exactly what full-time dog care involves. I'm the one who takes her to the vet, walks her three times a day, brushes and grooms her, and feeds her every day. I've also trained her on basic commands like sit, wait, stay, lie down, and turn. While I don't have formal training experience, I've built strong hands-on skills through years of caring for her myself. I'm gentle, patient, and genuinely love dogs. I'd treat any dog I look after with the same care and love I give my own. I'm a student in Eindhoven, usually at school until around 4-5pm on weekdays, so I'm free evenings and all day on weekends. If a booking comes in during school hours, I'm happy to rearrange my schedule and join classes online when needed. I also live with my roommate, who's just as loving with pets and has years of experience herself, so there's almost always someone home to keep your dog company, even if I need to step out briefly. My apartment has a balcony dogs are free to use whenever they like, and there's a large park right nearby, so I take dogs on both short walks and longer 1-2 hour walks. Dogs are never crated in my home - they're always free-roaming and welcome on the furniture and even in my bed, so we're together the whole time. I always dog-proof beforehand, since my own dog tends to get into everything, so I know exactly what hazards to watch for. It's just me and my roommate at home - my own dog currently lives with my family, so there won't be other pets around when I'm looking after yours. I only accept one dog at a time, to make sure I can give them my full attention and keep things safe.

Heel veel ervaring met honden en we behandelen ze met heel veel liefde en aandacht. Ik neem in ons gezin de verantwoordelijkheid en zorg op me voor gast honden. De verzoging van een hond past heel goed in mijn wekelijjlkse routine. Van een ochtendwandeling, tijdens lunch, na het avondeten en voor het slapen, tot tussendoor aandacht om te spelen of de hond rustig te laten slapen in de tuin of binnen. Ik heb een omheinde tuin, we hebben 1 lasa apso als hond, 7 jaar en gek op andere honden. Binnen is plek genoeg voor de honden en ook buiten kunnen ze vollop spelen.

Over: I have taken care of dogs since I can remember. Friends, family and neighbours have relied on me to take care of their pets. Have owned 6 dogs and 2 cats. My Chihuahua Gabu was with me for 16 great years of my life. I miss being with pets, as I have been used to spend time with them all my life. Over: Mijn oppas ervaring is nog aan het groeien maar ik doe het met alle liefde en plezier! Samen met mijn Akita zorg ik hier voor een fijne oppas ervaring voor jouw huisdier. Alles mag hier en ik woon ook ideaal! Ik heb alle tijd om op te passen, zelfs op korte termijn. Ik ben flexibel en alles is bespreekbaar! I have a lot of experience with animals — I grew up in the countryside, and at my parents’ house we’ve always had several dogs living together, as well as many other pets :) My brother is a vet, and our house is filled with animal books on every shelf. I’ve always had a particular passion for dogs. I’ve trained my dogs from a young age, and I’ve always been happy to feed and look after my neighbours’ pets whenever they’ve gone away on holiday. Because of all this, I feel that I have a good understanding of animals’ needs, and I find it very easy to connect with them. The pets you see in the photos are also my parents’ pets. I don’t currently have any pets living with me, so there’s no problem if your dog isn’t comfortable around other animals — they’ll have a calm and peaceful stay here. Over: Hi! I’m Joana, and I work as mechanical engineer living in Eindhoven. While my professional background is in engineering, animals have always been my true passion. Since childhood I always loved animals, and grew up with both dogs and cats. However, my first pet was a free-roaming rabbit named Maria who slept in my room and acted more like a dog than a bunny. I grew up in Portugal, where I became deeply involved in animal rescue in my hometown, where unfortunately there are a lot of stray animals. I fostered my first cat at 15 (it took a lot of convincing my parents!), and since then, I’ve cared for over 30 foster cats, many of them neonates or sick rescues, including pregnant cats that I've assisted during birth. Because of all of this, I am well versed in dealing with most cat illnesses, and I have a special needs cat myself :) I also worked closely with the local shelter in Portugal, supporting TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) programs, walking shelter dogs, and socializing shy or traumatized animals. Unfortnately, after moving to the Netherlands, I couldn't foster anymore, since I live in an apartment that doesn't allow that, but I do have 3 furr babies that I love more than words can express. However, I still volunteer at the shelter (ROZE) every Sunday where I clean the cat spaces, check health, and help socialize “spicy” cats and kittens. I know from experience how hard it can be to leave your pet at home while you're on holidays and how difficult it can be to find a trustworthy sitter for your pet. I truly think of pets as family members and treat them as such, so you can expect a lot of dedication from my side, and the comfort of knowing that your pet is in safe hands. I provide home visits, dog walks, and overnight stays depending on your needs. Over: I’ve had pets most of my life. And have pet sat mainly friends and families pets a good part of the last decade. As an animal lover, I am very attentive with animals, intuitive and a calm demeanor keeps them calm especially on walks. I’m currently working as an online coach, so most of my days are spent outdoors or doing something I enjoy. Animals can get bored and need near constant attention in a calm and safe environment. Over: Mijn vriend (Thies) en ik (Evi) zijn enorme dieren liefhebbers. We passen regelmatig op de honden en huizen van onze familieleden. Thies werkt in de jeugdzorg en Evi is een kleuterjuf in hart en nieren. Beide hebben we een hond (gehad) waar we graag mee wandelen en spelen! We werken beide fulltime. Evi werkt door de weeks van 8.00 tot 16.30 uur en Thies werkt onregelmatig. Het verschilt dus per dag hoe laat we beschikbaar zijn en we zijn daarin redelijk flexibel. We wandelen graag met de honden en spelen ook graag met touwen of andere speelgoed materialen. Tot slot vinden we het ook leuk om verschillende commando’s zoals ‘zit’ en ‘af’ te oefenen met de honden waar we op passen.

Over: Al mijn hele leven ben ik opgegroeid met verschillende dieren. Ik ben dan ook een echte dierenliefhebber, maar mijn hart ligt toch altijd bij honden. Daarom hebben wij twee jaar geleden zelf een Cocker Spaniel in huis gehaald, Murphy. Hij maakt inmiddels volledig deel uit van ons gezin en we hebben hem graag altijd om ons heen. We vinden het ontzettend leuk om ook voor andere hondjes te zorgen, zolang ze goed overweg kunnen met Murphy. Zelf ben ik erg flexibel en heb ik de nodige ervaring met het verzorgen en oppassen van honden. Ik vind het belangrijk dat een hond zich veilig, comfortabel en vooral geliefd voelt wanneer hij of zij bij ons is. Door het thuiswerken ben ik vrijwel de hele dag thuis. Hierdoor ben ik erg flexibel in mijn planning en kan ik de verzorging en aandacht goed afstemmen op de behoeften van de hond. Ik vind het belangrijk om gedurende de dag voldoende tijd vrij te maken voor wandelingen, spelen, rust en natuurlijk de nodige aandacht en knuffels. Ook in het weekend ben ik beschikbaar en kan ik mijn planning gemakkelijk aanpassen. Zo zorg ik ervoor dat een hond zich bij mij echt thuis en op zijn gemak voelt en alle rust, aandacht en liefde krijgt die hij of zij nodig heeft. Bij ons thuis heeft een hond alle ruimte om zich op zijn gemak te voelen. We hebben een volledig afgeschermde tuin waar de honden veilig kunnen spelen en even lekker naar buiten kunnen. Onze eigen hond Murphy is sociaal en kan goed met andere honden omgaan. Hij vindt het gezellig om gezelschap te hebben! Uiteraard kijken we altijd naar het karakter en de behoeften van iedere hond. Mocht het om welke reden dan ook nodig zijn, dan kunnen we de honden gemakkelijk van elkaar scheiden, zodat iedere hond zijn eigen rust en ruimte kan krijgen. Door het thuiswerken is er bovendien altijd iemand thuis om de honden aandacht te geven, uit te laten en goed in de gaten te houden. We zorgen ervoor dat iedere hond zich veilig, geliefd en zoveel mogelijk thuis voelt.

Over: Ik heb vroeger vaak op de huisdieren van mijn familie en vrienden gezorgd of opgepast. Ik ben dol op dieren, heb veel geduld en ben totaal niet bang voor ze. Ik studeer alleen 2x per week (max 8 uur per week) en werk ook 1x de week. Ik heb daarom veel vrije tijd en ben ook vaak thuis. Leuke aandacht geven aan jouw huisdier past daarom perfect in mijn routine. Ik woon alleen in een studio en heb meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een kleine huisdier. De Oude Warande is praktisch mijn achtertuin. Ik ga daar vaak heen om te chillen of sporten en neem jouw huisdier graag mee.

Over: Als ervaren en liefdevolle dierenoppas zorg ik met alle aandacht voor honden, katten, kleine huisdieren, paarden en reptielen. Ik bied betrouwbare en professionele zorg, met dagelijkse wandelingen, speeltijd en verzorging op maat. Medicatie toedienen is voor mij geen probleem en gebeurt altijd zorgvuldig. Elk dier krijgt bij mij dezelfde warmte en liefde alsof het mijn eigen huisdier is. Beschikbaar voor oppas aan huis en wandelservices. Jonge speelvogel of oude charme in huis? Onze puppytraining richt zich op positieve begeleiding: basiscommando’s, socialisatie, zindelijkheid, wandeloefeningen en het ontwikkelen van een sterke band tussen mens en hond. Dit alles gebeurt in een rustige, vriendelijke sfeer die perfect aansluit bij het tempo van het baasje. Daarnaast bieden wij extra ondersteuning voor senioren, zoals hulp bij tillen, voedertips, advies over veilig wandelen, en persoonlijke begeleiding bij het oefenen van technieken thuis. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat senioren met vertrouwen en plezier bij hun baasjes kunnen blijven, zonder zich overbelast te voelen. Voor een klein extraatje is het wassen van je hond ook mogelijk, vraag er gerust naar! Als ervaren dierenoppas ziet mijn werkdag er elke dag anders uit. Ik neem graag voor ieder dier voldoende tijd en zorg. Neem dus contact met mij op om dagen en uren te bespreken. Als ervaren dierenoppas vind ik het belangrijk dat jouw dier de gepaste verzorging krijgt die nodig is voor een blij en gezond dier. Hier maak ik graag voldoende tijd voor. Omdat veiligheid hoog in mijn vaandel staat worden wandelingen altijd aan de leiband gedaan.

Over: Ik heb 13 jaar lang een hond gehad, die ik met veel liefde heb verzorgd. Naarmate hij ouder werd, kwamen er ook steeds meer verzorgingsvragen bij kijken. Die ervaring heeft me geleerd om goed naar een dier te kijken, geduldig te zijn en rekening te houden met wat een dier op dat moment nodig heeft. Daarnaast ben ik opgegroeid met vier katten, waardoor dieren eigenlijk altijd een deel van mijn leven zijn geweest. Ik mis het enorm om een viervoetertje om me heen te hebben en voor eentje te kunnen zorgen. Helaas kan ik momenteel thuis zelf geen dieren houden. Daarom lijkt het me ontzettend fijn om via Rover mijn liefde voor dieren toch een plekje te geven en een dier de aandacht, zorg en gezelschap te bieden die het verdient. ❤️ Naast mijn liefde voor dieren werk ik in de gehandicaptenzorg, waar ik in shiften werk. Dankzij mijn wisselende werkuren kan ik me vaak flexibel opstellen en mijn planning aanpassen aan de behoeften van jou en je huisdier. Ik vind het belangrijk om duidelijke afspraken te maken en ervoor te zorgen dat je viervoeter de aandacht en zorg krijgt die hij of zij nodig heeft. Ik werk in shiften in de zorg, waardoor mijn werkuren variëren. Hierdoor kan ik me vaak flexibel opstellen en mijn planning afstemmen op de behoeften van jouw viervoeter. Ik maak graag duidelijke afspraken vooraf, zodat je met een gerust hart je huisdier aan mij kunt toevertrouwen. Het welzijn en de veiligheid van je huisdier staan voor mij altijd voorop. Ik vind het belangrijk dat je hond of kat zich op zijn gemak voelt en respecteer het eigen karakter, gewoontes en grenzen. Over: Hi! 😊 I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else — so my goal is simple: to make them feel safe, cared for, and genuinely loved while you’re away. 

I live in Eindhoven city center and truly enjoy having animals around me. I grew up in Spain with dogs; my Labrador Polo completely stole my heart 🤎 and since living away from them, caring for other people’s pets has become something I really value.

I’ve now looked after dogs with very different personalities, and I always adapt to what they need — whether that’s lots of playtime, a calm environment, or just someone nearby. My goal is that they feel comfortable and at home, not stressed or out of place.

All the pets I’ve cared for (and their owners!) have been really happy with my care, which honestly means a lot to me. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I always keep you updated with messages, photos, and quick replies.

I have a flexible job, so I can work from home and be with your pet most (or all) of the time, or drop by during the day for walks and visits. I live in a spacious 70m² apartment with a secure terrace, and pets can relax wherever they feel most at home. Also, I live within walking distance (15mins) of a fenced dog park, and going is always an option!

This means that I am ready to take day cares, where I spend all day with them, but also able to come back and forth in case your pet has special needs or a routine. I will always invite you over, so we and your pet, can get acquainted and so that I stop being a stranger. My flat is nice and spacious, I have hosted big dogs with a lot of energy, several times. We will go out as much as they need, and in the neighborhood there are 2 dog parks, in a 10-15 min walking range, where we can also go to have some fun times, if this is what your dog needs. But if what your dog needs is peace and cuddles, I am also a master in that! Some times, if I already know the dogs, and the owners accept, I host more than one dog at the same time.

Over: Al heel ons leven een hond in ons gezin. Zelf hondentrainer geweest en dierenambulance midden limburg opgezet. Heel veel ervaring met honden en we behandelen ze met heel veel liefde en aandacht. Ik neem in ons gezin de verantwoordelijkheid en zorg op me voor gast honden. De verzoging van een hond past heel goed in mijn wekelijjlkse routine. Van een ochtendwandeling, tijdens lunch, na het avondeten en voor het slapen, tot tussendoor aandacht om te spelen of de hond rustig te laten slapen in de tuin of binnen. Ik heb een omheinde tuin, we hebben 1 lasa apso als hond, 7 jaar en gek op andere honden. Binnen is plek genoeg voor de honden en ook buiten kunnen ze vollop spelen.

My Chihuahua Gabu was with me for 16 great years of my life. I miss being with pets, as I have been used to spend time with them all my life.
