Over: Ik ben Cassandra bijna 27 jaar. Ik ben opgegroeid met honden, kleine honden en middel grote honden. Doordat ik geen huisdier kan nemen is dit een leuke oplossing! Since I moved away from Greece, I miss every day my family dog but I find joy in taking care my friend's and colleague's pets while they are away and I love every second of it. Mijn ervaringen hebben me flexibel, vindingrijk en bekwaam gemaakt om met uitdagingen om te gaan die zich tijdens de afwezigheid van de eigenaar kunnen voordoen. Over: Ik ben opgegroeid op een boerderij, omringd door dieren. Van jongs af aan hebben we altijd honden gehad en ook paarden, kippen en konijnen. Mijn liefde voor dieren is daar echt ontstaan en is nooit meer weggegaan. Inmiddels woon ik niet meer thuis en hebben wij zelf (nog) geen huisdier, maar kom ik vaak bij mijn ouders waar ik ook met veel plezier mee voor de dieren zorg. En eerlijk is eerlijk: ik ben zo’n persoon die tijdens een wandeling eerder een hond begroet dan zijn baasje. Ik heb door de jaren heen veel ervaring opgedaan met het verzorgen, uitlaten en aandacht geven aan honden, zo heb ik zelf 2 honden mee opgevoed en word ik regelmatig ingeschakeld als oppas door familie en vrienden. Oppassen en honden uitlaten via Rover is voor mij de ideale manier om tijd door te brengen met honden én tegelijkertijd iets te kunnen betekenen voor baasjes die een betrouwbare en liefdevolle oppas zoeken. Hierdoor is er het grootste deel van de week veel aandacht, rust en gezelschap voor jouw huisdier. De veiligheid en het welzijn van jouw huisdier staan bij mij altijd voorop. Ik neem de tijd om jouw hond of kat te leren kennen en houd rekening met zijn of haar gewoontes, behoeften en karakter, zodat ik de zorg zo goed mogelijk kan afstemmen op wat jouw huisdier nodig heeft. Ik begrijp dat het best spannend kan zijn om je huisdier aan iemand anders toe te vertrouwen. Daarom zorg ik voor een rustige, veilige en liefdevolle omgeving. Natuurlijk houd ik je (als je dat prettig vind) tijdens de opvang graag op de hoogte met foto’s en een berichtje, zodat jij met een gerust hart van huis kunt zijn.

Before any boarding or sitting booking I use a detailed intake form covering health, behavior, feeding, and emergency contacts, plus a meet-and-greet to make sure it's a good fit. I use a signed agreement with every client. If something feels off with a dog during a stay such as appetite, energy, behavior, I notice and I communicate that. Owners hear from me with updates; they don't have to chase me for them.

Over: Dieren hebben altijd een speciale plek in ons hart gehad. We hebben zelf twee honden gehad en ik heb daarnaast ervaring met de verzorging van verschillende kleine en middelgrote honden van diverse leeftijden, van speelse jonge honden tot rustige senioren. Momenteel hebben we een papegaai, maar we vinden het heerlijk om dieren om ons heen te hebben en verwelkomen daarom graag honden bij ons thuis. Over: Ik ben opgegroeid op een boerderij, omringd door dieren. Van jongs af aan hebben we altijd honden gehad en ook paarden, kippen en konijnen. Mijn liefde voor dieren is daar echt ontstaan en is nooit meer weggegaan. Inmiddels woon ik niet meer thuis en hebben wij zelf (nog) geen huisdier, maar kom ik vaak bij mijn ouders waar ik ook met veel plezier mee voor de dieren zorg. Ik heb door de jaren heen veel ervaring opgedaan met het verzorgen, uitlaten en aandacht geven aan honden, zo heb ik zelf 2 honden mee opgevoed en word ik regelmatig ingeschakeld als oppas door familie en vrienden. Oppassen en honden uitlaten via Rover is voor mij de ideale manier om tijd door te brengen met honden én tegelijkertijd iets te kunnen betekenen voor baasjes die een betrouwbare en liefdevolle oppas zoeken. Ik vind het belangrijk dat huisdieren zich niet lang alleen hoeven te voelen. Daarom is het fijn dat ik op zondag en maandag volledig beschikbaar ben en mijn vriend op dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag vanuit huis werkt. Alleen op woensdag zijn we allebei van huis. Hierdoor is er het grootste deel van de week veel aandacht, rust en gezelschap voor jouw huisdier. De veiligheid en het welzijn van jouw huisdier staan bij mij altijd voorop. Ik neem de tijd om jouw hond of kat te leren kennen en houd rekening met zijn of haar gewoontes, behoeften en karakter, zodat ik de zorg zo goed mogelijk kan afstemmen op wat jouw huisdier nodig heeft. Ik begrijp dat het best spannend kan zijn om je huisdier aan iemand anders toe te vertrouwen. Daarom zorg ik voor een rustige, veilige en liefdevolle omgeving. Natuurlijk houd ik je (als je dat prettig vind) tijdens de opvang graag op de hoogte met foto’s en een berichtje, zodat jij met een gerust hart van huis kunt zijn.

Over: Ik heb al sinds mijn 8ste honden gehad. Eerst een straathond die hielp ik toen verzorgen met mijn ouders, heel veel uitlaten, hardlopen en interactieve spelletjes zoals snifferdoeken of dat hij brokjes moest zoeken. Dit was namelijk wel een erg actieve hond. Nu woon ik als student in leeuwarden, thuis bij me ouders heb ik alle puppy training van onze nu 3 jarige labrador verzorgt. En we hebben ook nog eens een mopshond van 16 dus de oudjes worden ook niet buitengesloten😉. Iniedergeval mis ik het nu wel om lekker honden te trainen, uitlaten en verzorgen. Vandaar dit account! Momenteel ben ik dus student. Ik doe dierenmanagment, maar gelukkig zijn mijn uren heel flexibel. Als je bij mij wilt boeken dan is het wel fijn als er contact wordt gelegd, sinds sommigen weken drukker kunnen zijn dan andere. Bij mij thuis loopt een lieve enthousiaste Labrador rond die met elke hond wel goed reageert. Ik neem oppas honden alleen aan als ik genoeg tijd heb, vandaar is het character en ras ook fijn om te weten zodat ik weet hoeveel tijd ervoor nodig is. Honden mogen bij mij niet op mijn bank of bed, als ze dit nou echt gewend zijn dan zijn er uitzonderingen te maken. Je kunt bij mij verwachten dat niet alleen uw hond fysiek voldaan is maar ook mentaal!

Over: Dogs have been part of my life since childhood. For 14 years I had my own loyal companion by my side. Today I am actively involved in dog rescue and have looked after many dogs of all different breeds and age groups. My most defining experience: I spent six months living in Greece, where I rescued street dogs, nursed them back to health at home and provided medical care. Zelfs katten op straat komen vaak naar mij toe voor een knuffel. 🐾 Ik voel meteen een klik met elke kat, of het nu een verlegen poes is of een echte knuffelkont. Mijn katten en ik hebben een sterke band en ik geloof dat ik dat warme gevoel ook kan geven aan jouw kat tijdens jouw afwezigheid. 🐾 Ik heb ook 13 jaar lang een hond gehad, maar toen hij overleed, heb ik niet besloten om nog een nieuwe te nemen. Ik hou net zoveel van hondjes en zorg met enorm veel plezier voor ze, omdat contact met dieren mij een onbeschrijfelijke vreugde geeft. 🐕 Momenteel werk ik niet, daarom heb ik veel tijd om voor dieren te zorgen. Donderdagen van 18:00 tot 22:00 en zaterdagen van 10:00 tot 14:00 ben ik niet beschikbaar, elke andere dag wel. Ik heb 3 katten van 8 tot 11 jaar oud en één kat die tijdelijk bij mij woont van nog geen jaar oud. De katten zijn vriendelijk en hebben geen enkel probleem met contact met nieuwe dieren. De tuin is 70 vierkante meter groot, er is wat groen aanwezig en hij is volledig omheind, veilig voor zowel katten als honden.

Over: Omdat ik parttime werk, is mijn agenda redelijk flexibel en heb ik alle tijd voor jouw kat. Je kunt op mij rekenen in de weekenden en doordeweeks op onze afgesproken tijd, zodat ik altijd op tijd ben voor voeding, knuffels en de nodige speelkwartiertjes. Via een grote Britse website pas ik op momenteel op honden en katten in het buitenland in ruil voor een verblijf zodat ik kan reizen.   Via Rover.com zoek ik honden waarop ik kan passen als ik thuis ben.  Ik maak nog wel steeds graag een uitzondering voor oppassen in bepaalde gebieden in Londen, in het bijzonder rondom Hyde Park, maar ook veel andere parken daar zijn geweldig voor honden: St James's Park, Regent's Park, Battersea Park, Holland Park, Primrose Hill, en Hampstead Heath. Mijn ervaringen hebben me flexibel, vindingrijk en bekwaam gemaakt om met uitdagingen om te gaan die zich tijdens de afwezigheid van de eigenaar kunnen voordoen. Over: Ik ben opgegroeid op een boerderij, omringd door dieren. Van jongs af aan hebben we altijd honden gehad en ook paarden, kippen en konijnen. Mijn liefde voor dieren is daar echt ontstaan en is nooit meer weggegaan. Inmiddels woon ik niet meer thuis en hebben wij zelf (nog) geen huisdier, maar kom ik vaak bij mijn ouders waar ik ook met veel plezier mee voor de dieren zorg. En eerlijk is eerlijk: ik ben zo’n persoon die tijdens een wandeling eerder een hond begroet dan zijn baasje. Ik heb door de jaren heen veel ervaring opgedaan met het verzorgen, uitlaten en aandacht geven aan honden, zo heb ik zelf 2 honden mee opgevoed en word ik regelmatig ingeschakeld als oppas door familie en vrienden. Oppassen en honden uitlaten via Rover is voor mij de ideale manier om tijd door te brengen met honden én tegelijkertijd iets te kunnen betekenen voor baasjes die een betrouwbare en liefdevolle oppas zoeken. Ik zorg met alle liefde voor jouw hond, alsof het mijn eigen hond is. Het oppassen op de hond bij ons thuis zal ik samen gaan doen met mijn partner Floris, waarmee ik inmiddels ruim 10 jaar samen ben, hij is ook opgegroeid met honden thuis. Het oppassen op honden van familie en vrienden doen we ook altijd samen. Omdat hij grotendeels vanuit huis werkt en ik de dagen dat hij naar kantoor is thuis ben is jouw hond nooit (lang; uiteraard alles in goed overleg met de wensen van hond/eigenaren) alleen! Ik vind het belangrijk dat huisdieren zich niet lang alleen hoeven te voelen. Daarom is het fijn dat ik op zondag en maandag volledig beschikbaar ben en mijn vriend op dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag vanuit huis werkt. Alleen op woensdag zijn we allebei van huis. Hierdoor is er het grootste deel van de week veel aandacht, rust en gezelschap voor jouw huisdier. De veiligheid en het welzijn van jouw huisdier staan bij mij altijd voorop. Ik neem de tijd om jouw hond of kat te leren kennen en houd rekening met zijn of haar gewoontes, behoeften en karakter, zodat ik de zorg zo goed mogelijk kan afstemmen op wat jouw huisdier nodig heeft. Ik begrijp dat het best spannend kan zijn om je huisdier aan iemand anders toe te vertrouwen. Daarom zorg ik voor een rustige, veilige en liefdevolle omgeving. Natuurlijk houd ik je (als je dat prettig vind) tijdens de opvang graag op de hoogte met foto’s en een berichtje, zodat jij met een gerust hart van huis kunt zijn.

“Guus heeft het super gehad bij Fabio en vriendin. Hij heeft heel veel gespeeld en een hoop geleerd. Fabio en vriendin waren heel lief,zorgzaam voor Guus. Er is heel veel gespeeld en gewandeld. Tijden onze vakantie werden we steeds op de hoogte gehouden van Guus zijn avonturen doormiddel van fotos, filmpjes. Ik zou Fabio aan iedereen aanbevelen.”

Over: Dieren hebben altijd een speciale plek in ons hart gehad. We hebben zelf twee honden gehad en ik heb daarnaast ervaring met de verzorging van verschillende kleine en middelgrote honden van diverse leeftijden, van speelse jonge honden tot rustige senioren. Momenteel hebben we een papegaai, maar we vinden het heerlijk om dieren om ons heen te hebben en verwelkomen daarom graag honden bij ons thuis. We beschikken over een tuin waar honden veilig kunnen genieten en ontspannen. Ik vang bij voorkeur één hond tegelijk op, of meerdere honden uit hetzelfde gezin. Zo kan ik iedere hond voldoende aandacht geven. Ik pas de verzorging volledig aan de wensen van de eigenaar en de behoeften van de hond aan, zoals wandelingen, speeltijd, rustmomenten, voeding en eventuele bijzonderheden. Mijn doel is dat elke hond zich bij ons veilig, ontspannen en helemaal thuis voelt. Momenteel ben ik thuis en heb ik veel tijd om voor uw hond te zorgen. Hierdoor krijgt uw hond gedurende de dag veel aandacht, gezelschap en de zorg die hij nodig heeft. De veiligheid en het welzijn van uw hond staan bij mij altijd voorop. Ik zorg voor een rustige, veilige en huiselijke omgeving waarin iedere hond zich op zijn gemak kan voelen. Honden blijven nooit zonder toezicht in de tuin en ik houd rekening met hun karakter, gewoonten en eventuele bijzonderheden. Omdat ik slechts één hond tegelijk opvang (of meerdere honden uit hetzelfde gezin), kan ik veel persoonlijke aandacht geven en goed inspelen op hun behoeften. Ik behandel iedere hond met dezelfde zorg, liefde en verantwoordelijkheid als mijn eigen huisdier.
