Roxy is usually shy and easily stressed in new environments, but under Zhe’s care, she was calm, comfortable, and even affectionate—which is rare for her! Zhe took the time to understand Roxy’s personality, her routines, and what makes her feel safe. She sent me daily updates with photos and sweet messages, which made me feel completely at ease while I was away. What impressed me most were the thoughtful little things—how she made sure Roxy had cozy spots to nap, how she played soft music to help her relax, and how carefully she watched for any signs of stress or discomfort. Zhe is not just a pet sitter; she’s a true caregiver with a big heart and an incredible sense of responsibility. On top of that, her prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high level of personal attention and love she gives to each animal. I feel so lucky to have found her, and I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Roxy with her again in the future. If you’re looking for someone you can fully trust with your fur baby, Zhe is the one.
