I have my own cat for 5 years, and also onboarding friends’ cats whenever they are traveling. Cats need their spaces to be less stressful and time to get familiar with new people. It easy to tell how the cats are feeling through their tails and ears. I also read books about understanding cats and observe general movement of the cats to tell if they may not be feeling well and need different care or to go see a doctor.

Great experience! Yi-ting was super reliable, on time for all three visits, and took excellent care of my cat. She even cleaned cat bowls and watered my plants, which I really appreciated. My cat really loved her, and I had total peace of mind while I was away. Highly recommend!

Yi-Ting is super friendly and nice. She is very gentle for my cats, and basically all my cats are afraid of strangers and always hide under the bed when someone comes to my home. But Yi-Ting is very patient to treat my cats and finally my cats are willing to walk out to be touched by her, which means my cats start to trust her. That is amazing! During the vocation, two of my cats broke the window and run out, I and my wife was so worried and terrified when heard it. We asked Ti-Ying for help and she was very nice to come to our home immediately. And It is Ti-Ying helped to catch the cat and brought Dota inside the home, and Dim Sum also be found in our neighbor's backyard luckily. And Ti-Ying also helped to comfort the cats afterwards. We really appreciate what Yi-Ting did during this time and hope she everything goes smoothly!

When I returned from my trip, I was pleasantly surprised to find that she had addressed an unexpected ant issue that had cropped up in my absence. Yi-Ting took incredible drop-in care of my 11-month-old for 3 days! She is not obligated, but she helped provide new toys and treats for my kitten, and daily updates with photos and clips. I was so assured and more than happy to see my girl eating well and play wild with her companion. Yi-Ting is patient, and her love for cat is evident. She is able to connect before the drop-in to better understand the needs of my cat. Schedule
Working full-time and on-site so only weekends or after hour on weekdays might be available. Would prefer/appreciate flexible time slot for the visits if possible.
