🕰️ Schedule I work a full-time 9–5 role during weekdays, and I thoughtfully plan my pet care visits around that schedule to ensure each visit is calm, unhurried, and consistent. On weekdays, I offer evening drop-in visits, which tend to be a natural and comforting time for most cats, which is quiet, predictable, and aligned with their evening routines. On weekends and holidays, I’m available between 10am–5pm, with more flexibility to match your cat’s preferred schedule. At home, I care for my own five cats every day, so multi-cat routines, different personalities, and maintaining a clean, peaceful environment are already part of my daily life. When I visit your home, I bring that same level of attentiveness—never rushed, always respectful of your cat’s pace and space. I also keep my bookings intentionally limited so each cat receives steady, thoughtful care. Whether your cat needs quiet companionship, playtime, or medication, I make sure every visit feels consistent and reassuring for both you and your cat.

Safety, trust & environment

My primary service is caring for cats in their own home, where many feel safest and most relaxed. I follow your instructions closely, from feeding and medication to doors, windows, lights, and entry routines. I know how much trust it takes to leave your cat and home in someone else’s care, so I treat both with great respect and attention. Each visit is tailored to your cat’s personality and your preferences. Some cats want play and affection, while others prefer quiet company and space. I pay close attention to food, water, litter box habits, and any small changes in behavior. After every visit, I send thoughtful updates with photos, videos, and a clear report, so you can feel informed and at ease while you’re away. If I ever care for a cat in my home, I would focus on slow introductions, separated food, close monitoring, and a calm, clean environment. My five resident cats are all up to date on rabies and FVRCP vaccines, and I always respect each cat’s pace and comfort level.

A typical day

FOR CATS (drop-in visits): Think of each visit as a private butler service for your cat. I refresh the essentials first—food, water, clean bowls, tidy litter—then move on to what your cat enjoys most: play, brushing, bird-TV supervision, treat puzzles, or simply being a calm, trusted presence nearby. Shy cat? I go gentle. Energetic cat? I bring the fun. Affectionate cat? I’m happy to be chosen by royalty. Every visit ends with a tidy home, a happy cat, and a photo-filled report for you. FOR CATS (home boarding): Boarding guests enjoy a calm, clean, carefully managed stay with cozy spots, respectful introductions, and personalized attention. I watch comfort, appetite, litter habits, and energy closely, and I let each cat settle in on their own timeline. No pressure, no chaos — just thoughtful care with a soft landing. FOR DOGS (day care, small breeds): Small dogs enjoy a boutique-style day with sniff walks, enrichment games, light training refreshers, play, and plenty of rest. It’s structured, peaceful, and tailored to their energy level. My style is attentive, gentle, and detail-oriented. I want your pet to feel safe and cared for, and I want you to feel completely in the loop.

Pet care experience

Hi, I’m Eileen. I provide gentle, attentive care for small dogs, with a focus on safety, routine, and a calm home environment. My availability is primarily weekends, holidays, and selected weekday evenings, which allows me to give each dog steady, unhurried attention. I tailor care to each pup’s personality, whether that means relaxed walks, light play, quiet companionship, or simply keeping their routine familiar and reassuring. I follow feeding and medication instructions carefully, keep bowls and rest areas clean, and send thoughtful updates with photos so you can feel fully at ease. Because I have resident cats, I’m best suited for cat-savvy small dogs. I approach introductions slowly, supervise carefully, and can keep spaces separate when needed. My style is warm, detail-oriented, and intentionally limited in volume, so each dog receives the same thoughtful care I would want for my own pets.

Xiaoyi is so friendly and kind and considerate, she was very responsive and flexible, and took great care of my dog with lots of photos and videos. And she has a really nice home in a nice neighborhood in a Sage and convenient location. Definitely recommend her!

Xiaoyi is a responsible and genuinely loving cat caregiver. She keeps a calm, tidy routine—fresh water, clean bowls and litter every visit, and meds handled right on time. She’s wonderful with my cat, Luna, and sent thoughtful photo updates so I always knew how things were going. I came home to a relaxed, happy kitty. Highly recommend!
