I can say Tricia did show up for her visit 3x day BUT when I was able to check my wifi for my schledge locks found that she had been there as little as 5 minutes once and only one visit that was 23 minutes. The general time frame was 10-13 min. I hired her to come for 18 visits, should had been spending 30 minute each time with her equalling 540 minutes. I did remove her from my access code and canceled 2 visits due to her neglectful not fulfilling her obligation any of the previous 16 visits. So, out of the 480 min she could had been there she was only there for 170 minutes. She let her out one evening at 6:12 pm and only there 12 min., she was not suppose to come until around 8pm. Give or take 30 min either way was ok with me but not about 2 hours when shed be locked up all night. When I said sent a message she implied she was doing me a favor for all I had been thru. ( when she told me she was about 20 min away I asked her if she wanted me to find someone closer). She threw it out that she wasnt making money on this and she filled her tank 3 times. First of all, dont take a job if you would lose money, secondly I'm not asking for pitty bc my husband passed just apologized bc the basement was in a little mess. And, if you're getting paid or doing me a favor you'd take better care of my dog. I drove 3.5 hours to pick Scarlett up and return back at my daughter's home bc I had a scheduled appointment I could not break and there was no way I'd let her complete the last 2 visits after the neglect I found. Yes, I spent 100 extra on gas and had already paid Rover but i would not let scarlett be treated like that any longer so cancelling her last two visits shoud not had been a suprise! I know Scarlett is more of a timid dog around strangers so that is always told upfront. But, no effort was put into soothing her fears. Not a belly rub or ear rub once seen on my cameras when I looked. You can't possibly say effort was given when you are there so little time. There is NO way she will ever be recommended by me. She stopped responding when I totaled up her minutes and told her what I thought. For heavens sake she is a sweet dog, old and losing her hearing and vision. Barks alot at strangers, you have to put the work in to get her trust but not a mean bone ever. I am sad I unknowingly put Scarlett in this situation! It will NEVER happen again! This was unacceptable.
