I work from home which allows me to be more flexible and more attentive with your pet’s needs. I can provide plenty of potty breaks, enrichment activities and exercise/walks for your pet. I work from home so my job will allow me to be attentive to your pet and give them all the love and care they need. My husband Carlos and I will care for your pet together. We try to do 2 walks each day (~20-30mins each walk) and backyard time in between. We will follow their meal times and instructions. If they have medications/supplements, please give thorough instructions. We have a fenced in backyard for play time or potty breaks during high traffic hours. When I have to step out to run errands, my husband will likely stay home to look after your pet. Please let me know if your pet cannot be left alone at any time.

Your pet will receive lots of cuddles and love! You can count on me to provide routine updates; I will send pictures and videos. I’m fully committed to providing exceptional care and making sure that you have a peace of mind while you’re away! Please let me know at the meet and greet about your pet’s disposition, especially if they have any challenging traits (ie destructive behaviors: chews on objects, resource guard, gets into trash). For pets with anxiety, I would like to suggest a day care trial or an overnight trial period (we can further discuss this option during the meet prior to booking). Please note that your dog’s behavior may change while staying in a new place. I will make sure to notify you of any out-of-usual behavior they may have right away (ie skipping meals, upset tummy, not settling well…). For overnight boarding/ long stays, please bring food and other items to keep your pet comfortable during their stay (I.e. blankets, treats and toys).

Please let me know about your pet, especially if they have any allergies or if they require any medications during their stay with me. If they have any negative reactions to other animals please let me know. I work with all types of different breed, age, and sizes and I know every pet is different. My goal is to provide a comfortable and memorable experience for both pet and owner! Please ensure your pet’s vet information is listed on their profile. Feel free to message me an emergency contact in case I am not able to reach you. *Day care standard rate is up to 10 hours. Longer stays will be an additional charge. *Pick up and drop off rate is based on location and is subject to change.
A typical day
A typical day for your pet would start with a morning walk. Breakfast after the walk. Throughout the day I can let them out to the backyard for potty breaks and some activities. We’ll take a walk in the evening and then dinner afterwards. Last potty break in the yard or a short walk before bed. I can be flexible but sometimes my work schedule may change abruptly. Please come within scheduled times as I will allocate work breaks to tend to drop offs/pick ups. I’ll also reach out to confirm drop off/pick up times.

Pet care experience
I have over 5 year's experience in pet care. I started caring for animals at the local shelter and eventually became a pet sitter. I joined Rover as recommended by friends and have met many wonderful owners and their pets since! While I mostly board from one family at a time, there are times when I board friendly dogs from different families (for dogs that frequent and get along well with other dogs; dogs that attend regular daycare or play dates). Please let me know if your dog does not do well with other dogs.
