Hello! My name is Stacy and I have been caring for pets since I was 10 years old. 20 years professionally! I started at 18 years old with becoming a dog bather, then certified groomer. After 8 years of grooming I had an injury that unfortunately, forced me to quit, but as soon as I was healed I found my dream job of working at a vet! I was a vet receptionist/tech for 4 years until I had my first child in 2018. I became a stay at home mom for a few years until we moved to Colorado in 2021 where the first job I found that allowed me flexibility with my young kids was at a pet resort. I started as a receptionist then transitioned to front office lead fairly quickly. I had my 2nd kiddo in 2022 and since then I still work at the pet resort, but only on the weekends, and do pet sitting/dog walking/nail trims during the week in-between kids drop offs/pick ups/activities/dr appointments. On days school is out I may have my kids with me. I have always felt a true attachment to animals and never wanted to do anything else but care for and help them! I have been called the dog whisperer many times throughout my life, with all sorts of fearful animals that I was able to comfortably handle without fear. I also recieved dog CPR training and certificate in 2024. I have owned all types of dogs from tiny little 4# chihuahuas to #140 akitas, German shepherds and more. I have worked with aggressive, fearful, old dogs and cats that need that extra care and attention. Any breed, any temperament, any size, I am up for it! I also own 3 cats and am currently fostering a very fearful stray kitty that has been warming up more and more every day! I strongly believe in trust and honesty when it comes to communication and letting a new family join my team! I want you, your furbabies and myself to all feel 100% comfortable and I will work with your schedule on what type of care you are looking for!

I treat your pets and home as if they were my own! Unconditional love and gaining their trust is a huge thing. If they are shy or nervous I would happily hang out and watch TV until they warm up to me. Working with, and owning, all sorts of temperaments, I understand them a lot easier than someone with less experience in all breeds.
Ratings and reviews
Our pup is always excited to go on a walk with Stacy. Stacy is always on time and provides lots of love to Lani. Today was a very hot day and she allowed Lani to rest in the shade when needed. Thanks for taking such good care of our fur baby!
Stacy did such a great job with caring for our 4 month old Labrador Retriever puppy while we had a night out. She kept us updated throughout the evening with lots of pictures. Our pup got plenty of playtime and a nice walk. Our home was also well taken care of. We highly recommend Stacy’s services!
Stacy has walked Lani several times over the last couple months. She is very friendly and reliable. While we were out of town she went above and beyond by noticing things around our home and notifying me. She offered to put our trash out when she saw other cans out and she brought some packages in that we were not expecting while we were away. I would definitely recommend her for dog walking. I just wish she did pet sitting.

We needed a last minute dog walker and Stacy was great. She responded to my request quickly, stopped by at a convenient time to meet our fur baby and took her on her mid day walk timely. Stacy competed the card and sent it and photos as soon as the walk was completed. Our fur baby was able to stay on her normal schedule in a familiar location thanks to Stacy. We will definitely use Stacy again when we need someone to walk Lani.
Stacy is a very nice person who will take great care of your pup! My dog always comes home happy and tired after their walks, and Stacy has also been available on short notice which is very helpful!

Schedule
I currently only work weekend mornings at the pet resort since I have to do school drop off and pickup during the week. This gives me plenty of time to hang out with your furbabies! Any week days that school is out, as well as after school, I may have my kids with me. They are both very well behaved and love getting trampled and kisses from all the animals!
