I had a 16 year old pug myself at home who was both blind and deaf, so I am used to caring for pets that require a bit more attention! I love all kinds of pets and am looking to provide care for those in my community. I also have a bachelors degree in animal science with an emphasis on pre-vet sciences. Since my pug passed a few years ago, we have a rescue dog who was very fearful of people but she has truly warmed up! I have experience caring for animals that may be scared of new people or wary in general and love making them feel safe.

Sophia is a wonderful person and she took excellent care of our cats and home! She has a very genuine, good natured and easy going personality that charmed even our most shy cat. We highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future!
We were away for a week and Sophia made sure our cats were doing well each day. Very responsive and sent a lot of cute pictures of the cats!
We were extremely pleased with Sophia's service. She was extremely sensitive to our recently rescued kitties. She kept a close watch on the weather situations affecting our home as well. We received daily updates and pictures which really helped us understand what was transpiring with the kitties and the weather (love that snow!). We recommend Sophia to everyone for her pleasant attitude, thorough work, and sensitivity to our fur babies. She is exceptional!

Sophia dogsat my dog Ollie over the weekend and did a great job! She followed all instructions I had left out for her and made sure he had enough bathroom breaks throughout the day.

Schedule
I currently am a full time student but have early mornings and evenings free along with weekends. I also own a car and can travel where needed for pet care.
