I live in a very small apartment currently so no petcare in my home at this time. I am very thorough with questions during the Meet & Greets to make sure I give your pets and home the best care.
Information Shae B. would like to know about your pet
I don't have any breed restrictions. I will want to know about their medical history, especially if they are disabled or chronically ill, including current medications and allergies. I will also want to know about their habits, likes, and dislikes so I am better able to care for them and entertain them! I do have experience with and do not mind extra large dogs. However, I am very small (under 5 ft. tall) and I use a cane a lot. I will not do well with a large dog that pulls on their leash or has a habit of jumping.
A typical day
My number one priority is to keep your pets safe and happy. I'll make sure they have food and water (while adhering to any allergy or food sensitivity guidelines they have), take them for walks, give any required medications promptly at the time(s) needed, and anything else to ensure their best health and safety while you are away. Of course, they will get all the play and attention their hearts desire!

I am a licensed, insured, and bonded pet sitter and dog walker with 20+ years of personal and professional experience caring for pets from growing up in a home with animals of all sorts and volunteering at shelters to pet sitting and dog walking for those in my community. I have always had a passion for animals and love my job! I am a pet sitter and dog walker full-time with clients I do visit daily, but do not hesitate to contact me if your pet needs someone round the clock for a housesitting. I do have a partner and if I am available for the dates you need, I might be able to arrange that time so I can give your pet the care he or she needs. *Note: I have a partner, Mark W., who will attend the Meet & Greet with me. We DO NOT do housesittings (overnight care) together. We just do the meeting together because we want all clients to get acquainted with us both at the same time. If I am ever unavailable for a housesitting, Mark W. can take my place if he is available. We use one another as back up and that's it. I get a high volume of booking requests and can't be at two places at once so it is nice to have someone else to help out! If your pet is afraid of men, please just let me know. While Mark is fantastic with pets (including pets with a fear of men), we understand if you don't want him to attend the meeting.

Shae, was awesome! Provided multiple pics every day, general updates and most importantly played with our very mischievous boys so they barely missed us! Very glad to have had her stay, and would highly recommend her!
Shae did a great job caring for our dogs and our house while we were away for the holidays! She was very communicative and professional and gave us frequent updates and photos. Would definitely trust Shae with our pups again.
I so appreciate Shae and the amazing care she took of Strummer. I got lots of photos and check ins and knew that both my dog and home were in good hands. I will absolutely ask her to help with my dog in the future.
Shae and Mark took wonderful care of our pets and home! We have a very mischievous cat and Shae was very patient with his shenanigans. She also was great about administering meds to one of our dogs and worked through some separation anxiety with our other dog.
