This was our first time booking Randy and he was absolutely awesome! From the start of the booking process; he responded quickly, during boarding he sent pictures and updates on how Nova was doing, and pickup was a breeze. We’ve already booked a second stay. We are very appreciative for his care.
Randy was fantastic with Simba and Leo. He was incredibly friendly, communicative, and sent plenty of updates and photos throughout my four-day trip, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It was obvious that my dogs were comfortable, well cared for, and having a great time. I really appreciated the attention and care he gave them while I was away. I would absolutely book with Randy again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!
