I take time to learn the best practices for my 2 cats’ health and lives. My cats have a routine of 3 wet food meals a day, I even brush their teeth everyday and make sure they have hours of play. I will care for your cat with your rules and routine at the forefront—so if your cat is more hands off, I respect boundaries and still give them attention, or if they need a lot of attention I am happy to give them lots of love and playtime!

A typical day
I always love for pet parents to let me know what their cats like to do ahead of time. For active and adventurous kitties, I love to stimulate their hunting skills by playing with their favorite wand toys etc. For older or chiller kitties I like to spend time and be near them, giving them pets and comforting them. I always make sure to feed them, refill fresh water, and clean their litter box for every single visit.

Nikki is a thoughtful, communicative, and kind person and cat sitter! After our initial meet-and-greet, we felt very comfortable booking her for a drop-in visit with our cat, Susie. During the meet-and-greet, Nikki took her time getting acquainted with Susie and immediately made us feel at ease. On the day of the visit, Nikki was on time, sent us several great photos, and left an incredibly detailed and reassuring update. She patiently let Susie warm up to her, gave her treats and affection, and even spent time with her outside on our patio, despite getting attacked by mosquitoes in the process! 😂 We especially appreciated how observant she was. She noticed a brief change in Susie’s breathing, gave her some space, made sure it stopped, and let us know about it afterward. That kind of attentiveness means a lot when someone else is caring for your pet. She even put on some jazz for Susie before leaving and set it on a timer so she’d have a little company afterward. We highly recommend her!
Nikki took great care of our cat Kimchi! She was so communicative, and we appreciated the detailed Rover cards and photos. We felt assured that Kimchi was well cared for. We definitely recommend Nikki and hope to hire her again.
