I work full time M - F. If your cat is okay alone for 9 hours, we'll get along great. Weekends I am at home most of the time save for errands and grocery shopping.

I carry a small kit bag of treats and toys for your cat. Finicky, stressed, non-eating cat? I carry tubes and a bag of senior kibble that most cats love. Catnip is home-grown and available on request. Kitties get fresh water at least 2X daily, litterboxes are scooped AM and PM.

Cats select from a cafeteria style list of activities, treats, active playtime, and snuggles. Of course all of the above require your cat's consent. If they just want to be left alone or hide that's fine too. I'll find a place to sit and read emails aloud, so your cat learns to associate my arrival and the sound of my voice with fresh food and water, treats, and fresh litter. Introvert cats may not be well photographed for the first day or two, but I will send pictures of their dishes to measure how much they are eating and drinking. Dogs: visit the off-leash park, get acquainted with neighbourhood dogs, catch frisbees and balls, eat snacks, hang out at the coffee shop, relax on the balcony, cuddle on the couch, go for walks.

I'm a cat lady and yes; certifiable as crazy cat ladies go. I'm good with small to mid-sized dog breeds as well. Boarding is not a service I can provide - my homeowner's insurance forbids it. I have also found that 90% of the cats I've boarded were very stressed - they are territorial creatures and seem to do much better when they are on their own turf. Natalie was great! I received updates with photos of my cat that I really appreciated. My cat is a very shy girl and I could tell from the pictures that my cat was really relaxed around Natalie. Next time I would ask Natalie again to cat sit for me.
We are so happy with Natalie's house sitting! We were concerned about finding care for our 2 week vacation when our normal sitter was not available. Luckily our stress was all taken away because Natalie did such a fantastic job looking after our two cats. She gave us regular updates and was able to administer an inhaler every day to our cat with asthma. Our cats were happy and relaxed when we returned and our home was very clean. Would not hesitate to book again.
Natalie was excellent - she understands cats and their particular behaviours and was quick to make a connection with Biggie. She was great at communicating and sent photos daily. She kept both my fur-baby and home in excellent condition. I'd be happy to have Natalie stay with Biggie again.
I was so happy with Natalie’s care of my cat. My cat doesn’t warm up to new people easily, and she doesn’t eat when she’s stressed but Natalie was giving her belly rubs and pats by the second day of caring for her and joy of joys got her eating too! I could relax and enjoy my vacation knowing my cat was happy, healthy and eating. Natalie is a true catwhisperer!
