Special Care is Our Objective
In my youth, my parents told me stories of my great, great, great grandfather Richard Martin, who started The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, a precursor to The Humane Society. Because of their stories of his compassion and love for animals, I grew fond of loving them and felt a responsibility for their well-being. Over the years there have been many pets we have had in all of my households. Although these pets were for other people we lived with, the dogs, cats, even the fish would gravitate to me because of my care and love for them. I ensured they had proper care, and rarely did they have an empty food dish or water bowl. I get thirsty when I go for walks and so do our pets. I carry water and a bowl to pause during our walks to pour water into the bowl and let them drink. The I water up myself! The bonds I hold dearly for them, make the animals feel loved and relaxed when I am around. I have always provided attentive and loving care to all the animals that are entrusted to me. I feel I have carried on my ancestor’s wish from many generations before me!

Thank you to Michael and Sharon for taking care of our pups! Finding a sitter wasn’t easy this time (we talked with several people who were interested and then backed out or stopped communicating). We were feeling frustrated and then found them. They were quick to respond, schedule a meet and greet and agree to watching our girls! They made a situation that was turning stressful so much easier. We appreciated the daily pictures and updates and hope to use them again in the future!
Thanks for taking great care of Gibbs. He looked very happy and enjoyed his walks and play time.
Wiley had another amazing stay with Michael! Thanks for always taking such good care of our boy! We always know he is in good hands while we are away. Michael will continue to be our go to sitter!

Schedule
At the present time, Michael is not employed and can devote much of the time to caring for your pets. I enjoy the time with pets and extend love and caring for them. It is an honor to give them the love that makes them happy!

I can be available to house your pet in my fenced backyard, or travel to your house and keep them company while you are away.
A typical day
Most young dogs love to run. I have many toys to keep them busy chasing them in our yard or at your house. I like to brush their fur, if they are accepting and rub their tummies or give them a needed scratch. Cats have their own ways and I like to be able to rub under their chins, around and under their collars, and their foreheads. Letting the kitties sit with me and just be a buddy while they await your return.
