!! New to Rover !! Feel free to ask me any questions or concerns you may have that I didn’t mention in my profile. I’ve grown up with dogs and cats for as long as I can remember, but it became my responsibility to clean the litter box and scoop poop from the yard in 3rd grade. Aside from dogs and cats, I’ve been around all different animals, including riding horses and taking care of them at one point. I currently have a 10 month golden retriever and 2 cats that are 5 yo. I recently just graduated from Texas State with a Biology degree and am working to save up for graduate school.

I have a large space to play in with lots of toys and my apartment backs up to the purgatory creek trails. Also, my sister has a 5 acre property that’s fenced in, which I regularly take my pup to run around off leash. I’m familiar with dog friendly places in the area and an advocate for training sessions in public to socialize them. I have a large dog kennel, small kennel, cat carrier, litter box, and perhaps anything else your pet might need.

I’m so thankful for Mica she was able to step in last minute to watch my two dogs. She was incredibly kind, responsible, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she watches, and I highly recommend her to anyone needing a reliable and loving dog sitter!

Currently, I’m able to complete the majority of my work from home, which allows for me to take on pets that may require a bit more attention.
