I have cared for pets (dogs, cats, horses - you name it!) since childhood and have grown up with a love for animals that eventually lead me to pursue a degree in conservation and a certification as a canine behavioral specialist. I have worked with a wide range of animals - from wolves and coyotes to domestic dogs. While canines are my passion, I love all animals and have a passion for providing them the very best company and care.

Sometimes it takes creative thinking to help a pet settle and have fun in new environments, and that’s one of the things I do best. Being attentive to what animals are communicating and understanding how to meet their needs is my specialty.

Megan took great care of my dog as well as my house while I was away. Sent daily pictures and updates. Would highly recommend and will definitely use her again next time I travel.

Megan was amazing with our nervous cattle dog, Jessie. Megan came over and spent plenty of time with Jess in the morning and evening, sent us lots of photos and updates, and our home was so clean when we came home! Jessie is a nervous pup so we loved that Megan has the canine behavioral experience. I definitely recommend Megan and will book again if I can!

Schedule
My life revolves around my pets and caring for other’s pets. It started as my passion and now it’s become my career. When I’m not caring for other’s companions, I’m often working with my own, finding new ways to engage and spend active, fun time together.

- Please let me know if your dog has any special needs (physically or behaviorally) that I should be aware of. Not every dog is a social butterfly and I want to be able to advocate for the shy, reactive dogs in my care just as much as the extroverts. I consider each dog on an individual basis and want to give them the best care tailored for them. I want your dog to feel happy, confident and safe when they’re with me!
