I am currently a stay at home mom, so my schedule is wide open. I quit my job a few months ago when I decided that the first few years of my daughter's life are the most important and that I want to be a part of that without any distractions. There isn't a day where I am not home or out of the house for more than 2 hours at a time, and even then my husband is home as he works from home and can also provide care to any pets I have in my care.

I have a 3 bedroom house with a fenced garden and grass. We usually relax in the livingroom, but any pet we take care of is free to roam the house. We are more than happy for them to sleep in bed with us at night if that is what they prefer, or to keep them in a crate if that is their usual routine. They can have regular bathroom breaks in the garden, and walks around the neighbourhood when needed. Their usual feeding schedule will be followed, and if allowed, extra treats are encouraged in our house.

Information maria b. would like to know about your pet
I will need to know their feeding schedule, sleeping routine, day to day habits, walking routine, any medication they need to take, any behaviours to be aware of, if they like to be cuddled/picked up or not and if they are okay with a 1 year old baby.
A typical day
I believe that pets need to be stimulated mentally just as much as physically. So, we will be playing games, going for walks around the park and neighbourhood, taking dogs out for the day if we are going somewhere, but also relax and have lots of cuddles.

Pet care experience
I have had a pet ever since i was little and throughout my life. Mainly dogs, but i have probably had more than 10 different pets so far. I love taking care of them, their companionship and i enjoy all their different personalities. What really sets me apart, I think, is that I don't just see it as 'watching' your dog, or your cat; I see it as becoming a temporary part of their family routine. I genuinely love spending time with them and focusing on their individual needs. For instance, I have a real soft spot for seniors. I understand they often need a little extra patience, more frequent potty breaks, careful medication administration, and sometimes just a quiet, comfy spot to relax. I'm comfortable with giving meds, although I haven't had any particular training, accommodating slower paces on walks, and just generally making sure their golden years are as comfortable and happy as possible. Beyond those specifics, I'd say it's my commitment to clear communication. You'll get regular updates, photos, and I'm always available to chat about how your pet is doing. Basically, I treat every one of them like they're my own, ensuring they're safe, happy, and well-cared for while you're away.

Maria and Josh (and Daisy) were amazing, always kept us updated with photos of Franco and were just the loveliest couple! 100% would recommend xxx

Freddie had a great time staying. I got plenty of updates and he seemed to love the time with the family and other dogs. Will definitely be booking again when needed.

Maria and her lovely family took very good care of our Sunny. They were understanding that Sunny is still a puppy and has lots to learn. It was nice to know Sunny was in a safe loving home. We will definitely be booking again! :)

I honestly can’t thank Maria enough for everything she’s done for Baggu. She’s been looking after him on several occasions now, and every single time he comes back happy, relaxed, and full of energy. 🐾 What really stands out is how naturally she connects with him — it’s like he’s part of her own family. Baggu has now started staying over with her regularly, and it’s clear he absolutely loves being there. He gets all the care, attention, and playtime he needs, and I have total peace of mind knowing he’s in safe, loving hands. Maria always keeps me updated with messages, photos, and videos, which really shows how much she cares. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and trustworthy, and I can confidently say Baggu couldn’t be happier. Thank you again, Maria, for always going above and beyond — you’ve become such an important part of Baggu’s little world! ❤️🐶
