I have two cats of my own, including a special-needs kitty, so I understand that some pets need a little extra patience, attention, and care to feel comfortable and safe. I’ve cared for special-needs cats and dogs, as well as puppies and elderly dogs, and I’m comfortable adapting to different routines, energy levels, personalities, and care needs. Whether your pet needs medication, extra supervision, lots of playtime, a slower pace, or simply someone to keep them company, I’m happy to meet them where they are. I’m attentive to the little things, changes in appetite, behavior, energy, bathroom habits, or anything else that might signal your pet isn’t feeling like themselves. I also know how important it is for pets to maintain their normal routines while their people are away. Most importantly, I want your pets to feel loved, comfortable, and secure while they’re in my care and I want you to have peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. 🐾💕

I believe trust with a pet is earned, not expected. Every animal has their own personality, comfort level, and way of communicating, so I take the time to get to know them rather than assuming every pet wants the same kind of attention. I pay close attention to body language and behavior so I can recognize when a pet is comfortable, excited, nervous, or needs a little space. My experience caring for special-needs pets has also taught me how important patience, consistency, and paying attention to the little details can be. Most importantly, I want your pet to learn that when I show up, good things happen. 🐾💕 My goal is for them to feel safe enough to relax, be themselves, and eventually wonder when their favorite human is coming back!

Schedule
I work full-time remotely Monday through Friday, which means I have the flexibility to stay at your home and care for your pets throughout the day—as long as there’s Wi-Fi! 🎉 I love that pet sitting fits naturally into my workday because I can be there for companionship, potty breaks, meals, walks, and all those little moments that help pets feel comfortable while their humans are away. While I’m pet sitting, my own kitties stay with my boyfriend, so I’m able to give your pets my full attention. I do still like to visit my boyfriend and my cats at least once a day because, well… I love them😂 🥰 I value a healthy work-life balance, so I typically reserve weekends for longer or extended stays, especially when a booking continues into the workweek. That said, I’m flexible! With enough advance notice, I’m happy to pencil in a stay that works with my schedule. My remote work schedule allows me to offer something I think pets really appreciate: someone who can actually be there. 🐾💕
