I do have a job, but if I know in advance and it is needed, I can usually schedule to fit the needs of the pets! I work at a boutique that is usually flexible with my schedule. If I know in advance, I never try to overbook, so if I'm working an AM shift, I won't schedule anything in the PM, etc etc

Since my cat passed, I've kept one of my mother's dogs at the house to keep me company! I've also housesat many times in the past with family and family friends to watch dogs, cats, fish, and even a chameleon! My parents have had many dogs over the years, so I've had to help raise many puppies. I do really love cats, though, (my mom calls me the cat whisperer) Strays love me for some reason (and I love them)!
Information Macie B. would like to know about your pet
If you're able to give me a written instructions about anything specific (medicine, potty times), so I can refer back to it if need be. I would very much appreciate! I like to make sure things are handled exactly how they are when you're home.
A typical day
I love to play (especially outside)! Big fan of throwing ball with the dogs or using the cat wands. I love using the laser pointer on both animals (dogs like them too I've learned), but my favorite thing are the cuddles!

Pet care experience
I've raised my cat for 15 years; he passed a while ago. I'm not quite ready to adopt, but I love animals, and love getting to bond with them when given the opportunity! I'm very lucky that animals tend to warm up to me fairly quickly (not always), but I always love the challenge :)

Macie was amazing and took great care of my very shy kitty, making sure he felt comfortable and she did an amazing job with his daily medication! She was patient, kind, and so thoughtful!

Highly recommend Macie! She has a natural gift with animals… even the sassiest, most stubborn of dogs. I feel so comfortable knowing my girl is happy and thriving with Macie there.
Macie did a great job house sitting and looking after our two cats and two dogs. She is trustworthy and reliable. She kept us updated and I know our girls were very happy. I definitely recommend Macie!
