Ling was great with Tuggie Tuggie is a geriatric dog and requires a little more complicated of a diet regime. Ling was very sweet about going the extra mile with Tuggie’s food. I appreciate all the wonderful care- thank you Ling.

Ling was a wonderful experience for my first time boarding through Rover. She took very good care of my senior Cairn Terrier mix, Eevee. Her response time was almost immediate and she always included pictures and videos.

Throughout the day, I ensure pets' well-being by attending to morning routines, providing outdoor time and exercise, and maintaining regular check-ins with pet owners through messages and photos. At midday, I handle meals, bathroom breaks, and monitor health. Enrichment activities and a quiet time follow. In the afternoon, tailored playtime and grooming are emphasized, including potential training sessions. As evening approaches, I serve dinner, administer medications, and take dogs for a final walk. Providing a comfortable environment, pets have access to designated sleeping areas for a restful night.
