Passionate Animal Behavior Student
Hello everyone! My name is Laina and I’m an animal behavior student at Indiana University open for work! I have extensive experience in animal care with my education experience, volunteer training, and personal pets as well! In my past I have trained service dogs through ICAN and volunteer at The Love Pet Project. Currently I have six dogs at home that I care for as well as two cats! I’m highly experienced with various animal care and aspire to make a career out of my passion!

Laina was friendly, punctual and did a perfect job for us. You could tell she was very comfortable around dogs and Bunker is enjoying his walks while I deal with medical issue.
If i wanted anyone to care for my fur baby it would be Laina! She is incredibly kind, smart, loving, and responsible. Laina is very well organized and has an abundance of animal care giving experience under her belt with all types of animals!
Laina took amazinggg care of my three pups! They are typically very hesitant when it comes to new people, but they warmed right up to her!! She is very reliable and I would recommend her to everyone I know!
Calendar and availability
Schedule
I am available for full time care through the week and weekends or part time if needed as well. I provide daily care, hourly check ins, long walks, bathing/grooming services, or I’m potentially open to overnight stays depending on the client.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
I provide excellent and safe care for all animals. Depending on the animals needs and behavior I am able to bring them to parks, trails, back yards, or pet stores for play and enrichment! Animals will be kept on their leashes when in public at all times and kept from a safe distance from other animals that may be around! All fences will be checked for damage before animals are let loose to play! In the home all food will be placed in high areas that are up and away from the animals reach. Sharp objects that could causes harm are also placed away!
