Kaitlin was very sweet and responsive. She was able to jump in pretty much last minute and I appreciate that. I am giving 4 stars because a few things stuck out as maybe not paying attention to the details. My dog’s food, treats, pill pockets, and dental powder were not closed all the way, the thermostat was not turned back to the temperature I included as what I leave it on, the sound machine wasn’t turned on for the dog as requested, and the bed was left unmade. Not huge things but didn’t love that there were so many little things that could have led to financial waste. For someone that money is already tight, little things can matter. It seemed she was maybe more preoccupied with going to check on her dogs. I think she would be great at coming to walk my puppy, but wouldn’t choose her to stay overnight again.

Was a comfort to know our dogs were lovingly cared for. Hope we can use her again!

Kaitlin was great! She hustled over to my apartment in a snowstorm and walked my boy almost 2 miles! Which he super needed. He came back ready for a nap. Communication was great. Super friendly. Would love to have her walk Apollo again.

I can always tell by the pictures that Chonk loves when Kaitlyn comes for a visit. She’s always very prompt with responses and we feel very comfortable leaving Chonk in her care.

Kaitlin took wonderful care of our “Chonk”. She sent pictures of him enjoying his time with her. She was very quick with responses to any texts I sent. We would definitely have her take care of Chonk again!
