We were nervous about leaving our cats for a long trip not in the care of family for the first time and were hoping they would get along OK. Julia was very responsive from the beginning and we appreciated the meet and greet with her. Once we left, we ran into a wrinkle immediately when our indoor/outdoor cat very much wanted to be outdoors and made it so. We communicated some action plan options depending on if our cat was willing to come back to a basic stranger. It all ended well thanks to good communication and Julia's support with a second daily visit to best provide for our cat.

Schedule
I work a flexible schedule and work from home on Mondays and Fridays, which gives me plenty of time for check-ins, play, feeding, and keeping pets on their usual routines. Even on busier days, I make sure to prioritize pets’ needs, so they feel safe, loved, and cared for.
