I started doing Rover after I lost my 12 year old Rottie, Daisy. I had her since she was 8 weeks old. I loved having an animal in the house and felt this was a great way to help others until we were ready for our next puppy. We added a sweet lab/hound mix to our family two years ago and I found watching other dogs to be so helpful with his socialization. Duke is a very good boy and loved having friends come stay with us. I live in a cute single family house and have my twelve year old son half the time. He loves all animals just as much as I do. One of the things I always found difficult was finding reliable, caring and trusting help to watch Daisy when I would travel. I want and enjoy being able to provide that for others. We will provide your pet with all the love and support they need while you are gone and you will be able to have peace of mind.

Jennifer is clearly very experienced at caring for dogs and did a wonderful job taking care of our pup! She was also very responsible and was flexible with some moving parts in our schedules, which was appreciated! Would definitely recommend her!

Schedule
I work from home so I am home all day during the week. On the weekends I am around as well, in and out so your dog would not be alone for long periods of time.

I have a fenced in yard and one very friendly dog. I am happy to crate your dog if that is what they need or if they are good to stay out I can do that.

Yes, I love going on daily walks. I have a fenced in backyard so the dogs can go in and out throughout the day. I have a basket of toys the dogs can play with.
