I’ve had pets of all kinds (dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, birds, etc.) my entire life, and began to care for them around ten years old. I have occasionally pet-sat dogs and cats for about five years. I have experience providing various forms of medication to dogs, cats, rats, and a parrot, and have also helped provide senior care to several species. I volunteered at a science center through middle and high school and, through that, was trained on small animal (rodent, reptile, and fish) care and handling. I am comfortable around all animals and am knowledgeable about a lot of species. I love animals so much and would love to help care for your pets.

Safety, trust & environment
I always pay attention to potential pet safety hazards—everything from other animals on walks to household scents that could harm sensitive lungs. I pay close attention to detail, such as by fully securing dog crates and small animal cages, watching for changes in eating habits, cleaning up any accidents, etc.

Indigo was wonderful! They followed all my instructions & went above & beyond in their care for my dog. He seemed very happy & well taken care of when I came home after being away for the day. I received a detailed summary of the drop in visit & several sweet pictures of my dog. I highly recommend Indigo as a pet sitter & plan on booking their services again!

Indigo was such a stellar dog sitter. They were so professional in their communication. The amazing top-level cuteness photos and personalized check ins were so nice. We felt so confident leaving our pup in Indigo's care and would readily do so again. So glad to have met them!
Indigo was absolutely amazing! I had daily updates about how my sweet bunny was doing and was sent multiple pictures each day. Indigo gave me updates about how my bunny was getting more comfortable and when I came home he did zoomies around the room letting me know how happy he was this week. I felt so safe and comforted knowing he was so well taken care of. Will definitely be rebooking in the future for my bunny as well as my dog if I leave her next time!!

Schedule
I’m a college student and work-part time. That said, my schedule is flexible and I am often available over the weekend. I am very good at time management and only commit to what will work for my schedule.
