This was my first time using Rover, and I was a bit nervous since my dogs are truly my babies—and the sitter would be staying in my home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Heather! She took wonderful care of my three dogs, including one who is older, blind, and deaf, and needs a little extra attention. Heather was fantastic with all of them. She kept me updated with great communication and sent lots of photos while I was away, which really put my mind at ease. My house was clean and tidy when I got back, and I appreciated her reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. She even made sure to walk two of the dogs each day. Heather did an outstanding job house-sitting and caring for our four fur-kids from May 31 to June 3. From the start, her communication was excellent — she kept us updated with messages and adorable photos, and she wasn’t afraid to ask thoughtful questions to make sure everything was just right.
