If it was possible to give a -5 Star, I would! Grace presented as a well-rounded, balanced, trustworthy, dependable young lady. An Animal lover! I felt confident she could handle the job! Kept getting reports that my dog stayed under my bed, unless she was eating or if Grace was watching tv. Very strange, she seemed very comfortable with Grace. Returned home after six days of Grace's care of my home and animals. Garbage and recycles, we're not put out for collection, she never collected the mail, the box was full, never refilled the pet water fountain. And there was no dry food out for either the dog or the cat. I thought, well I can work with her on that for next. Thought that maybe I had missed it in the multiple pages of Notes I left for her. She never read them or said F You! But then I started noticing very little out of the dry cat-and-dog food, no birdseed gone out of the container! I Checked the notes. All in there, some once, some twice! And then I started cleaning the birdcages, that were supposed to have been done her first day! There was mold on old food at the bottom of the cage, mold and slime in the water and vegetable dishes. And not just a little molded and slime, I had to soak them to get it off! And I'm sad to say a lot of feathers, which means they were stressed the whole time I was gone! It appears Grace is not concerned about animals! My mistake was giving permission for the boyfriend to VISIT! BUT STAYED OVER! Then again, he needed to, after the 12 pack of Coors I found in the recycles! Silly Girl! If she had just put out the garbage and recycles for collection, I still wouldn't know! To me, it looks like Grace's motivation was a free hotel room. And a place to party while getting paid for a job She didn't do! I'm concerned about the things that I don't know! Do I need to look for unauthorized charges on my credit card? I'm sure if you've read this far, I don't really have to tell you what my recommendation is!

Grace did a nice job with our dogs who are a real handful! They like to be loud and intimidating, which would shake nearly everyone's confidence, but Grace stuck with it, adapted to the situation, and was everything we had hoped for during our time away from home. Thank you, and we definitely recommend her!

Grace is truly amazing!! I have a very nervous rescue dog and she warmed up to Grace so quickly. I never had to worry for a second about my girl while I was gone. She is the sweetest and your pets will be loved so well.

Grace helped us out by stopping by to feed and let our dogs out for Christmas Eve and Christmas. We appreciate her flexibility.

Grace is 100% reliable and great at communication. My pups adore her and she adores them back. Recently completed a 10 day business trip out of the country and she was amazing. Highly recommend d.

Grace is amazing! Very friendly & upbeat. She is quick in responding to messages & very flexible with scheduling our dog sitting. She is also very patient in getting to know our sometimes difficult rescue, Bingo.
