I have been in the Veterinary medicine field for a little over 13 years. I currently work as the head veterinary technician at the Fort Irwin Veterinary Treatment Facility. I am extremely passionate in what I do. I live on a military installation where I’m unable to have a pet of my own, and that was my inspiration to join Rovr. I am well-versed in all aspects of animal care. From picking up poop, medicine administration, feeding, recognizing behavior patterns, wound management, all the way to emergency care. I was taught to always treat and see someone’s pet as a family member. And I have always kept that with me since I started my journey. You can relax knowing your family member is being taken great care of! If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask!

Felix is so amazing. He did a drop in with my dog and he kept me updated the whole time. It was very comforting to know that my baby was well taken care of while I was at work!

I was extremely impressed with Felix’s pet sitting ability and have used him for my Dog for the past year or so. I Have an older dog who can be quite a pain between his grumpiness and medications so I like to have him taken care of at my house to reduce stress instead of taking him to a kennel or to someone else’s house. I didn’t tell Felix I had a pet cam initially because I had bad pet sitting experiences in the past and wanted to ensure he was doing his job but it wasn’t necessary at all! he did a phenomenal job walking him multiple times per day, feeding him, playing with him and giving meds on time. He would even routinely send me videos of them together and contact me with any questions or concerns about my goober so after that first gig I decided to make him my primary dog sitter and I haven’t regretted it since. I strongly recommend his services and thank you so much for taking such good care of my fur baby!
You will not regret having Felix care for your pets! He is an amazing and knowledgeable Veterinary Technician and always gives every pet the attention they need and deserve! I know that he will care for your pets as if they were his own!
Felix is the best I could have asked for to take care of my little guy! I was so worried about leaving him, but Felix put all my fears to rest! He was easy to contact and answered all my questions. He is responsible, respectful, punctual and most importantly he loves dogs! He really shows that in the hard work and detcation to his job. I will be hiring him again and again!

Schedule
Since I work at the veterinary treatment facility on Fort Irwin, I am essentially only available on the weekends. I try to make myself available nearly every weekend.

I live alone in an apartment with no pets of my own. But I live in close proximity to a handful of parks. I can take pets too.
A typical day
I think it is important for animals To get the stimulus they need. Some animals are high energy and some aren’t but I do extremely well with both.
