I live in an apartment where I make sure nothing is left out like food or kitchen knives that might pose a threat to my cats. I keep my place very tidy !! I always have a window cracked for them to enjoy some fresh air and never close any doors so they don’t get stuck somewhere. Before leaving my own place, I make sure I’ve got eyes on them to ensure they aren’t stuck or snuck out the front door when I wasn’t looking.

I like to know if the dog is good on a leash and how they react when they see other dogs, just so so can prepare myself :)
A typical day
I love to go on early morning walks or sunset walks with a cup of coffee in hand. I also like bringing along easy treats or grabbing a pup cup!

Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of family & friends dogs ever since I was in high school. I love, love, love dogs and want one eventually when it makes sense! Some unique experiences that I have was working as a surgical intern a Greenhill Humane Society during college. I was able to interact with all kinds of different breeds, ages, and temperaments as I was usually the last one to interact with them before surgery. I also fostered dogs during COVID-19 from all ages with some having clean bills of health to others extensive lists. So I’m very used to working with all kinds of dogs/puplies :)

Erika is a fantastic sitter, and a very kind person! She will go out of her way to assure things work out when there is a problem and I cannot recommend her enough.
Erika has 2 cats of her own and they are very happy, healthy and loved. She takes great care of them and has also grown up around dogs, helping take care of them since she was young. She has always babysat my cat when I need and watches after her childhood dogs as well. She’s very responsible and reliable, and I trust her to take great care of my kitty when I’m gone.
