Hi, I’m Dee ! Head Counselor here at Camp Pawsome 🏕️🐾 Since 2018, I’ve been caring for both dogs and cats of all personalities and energy levels. From playful pups who never seem to run out of zoomies to shy pets who just need a little extra patience, comfort, and cuddles to feel at home. At Camp Pawsome, I make every stay feel like a fun summer camp getaway. "Campers" enjoy time in The Clubhouse, my brand new cozy camp-themed play space filled with enrichment toys, puzzles, snuffle mats, and comfy rest areas. I also play calming nature sounds and PetTV throughout the day to keep guests relaxed and entertained. Because I work from home, your pet gets lots of one-on-one attention, playtime, cuddle breaks, and personalized care throughout the day. I tailor each stay to your fur baby's personality so they feel safe, happy, and stimulated while you’re away. I like to establish an area (typically somewhere in the living room) where pets can make their own with their bed, bowls and toys. I allow them to acclimate to the space and get adjusted to the new environment allowing them to walk around and familiarize themselves with the space to best build trust and comfortability with your pet
A typical day
Some typical activities we'd partake in are going on walks on the trail by my home making sure they're getting plenty of exercise and bathroom breaks along the way before coming home to spend some time to cool down with some cuddles and belly rubs before throwing on the Pet Channel to give the fur babies some mental stimulation while I do boring human things like clean before spending some quality time playing before a night walk and bed.
