Hey! Call me Dani :)

As long as I can remember I’ve lived with animals. Not just dogs, I’ve raised chickens, Guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, geckos, and I helped birth puppies once 😂

Danielle did a fantastic job just like she did the last time. She took excellent care of Bobo our dog and she also kept the house beautiful and neat and tidy. We were gone for six days and we had no worries.

Danielle did great with my family’s senior dog. She checked in and sent updates, and even stayed longer on the last day to make sure he could have his evening food and walk. Moe seemed happy and cared for when we came home. She was responsible and trustworthy and will have her dogsit/housesit for us again!

Danielle did a fabulous job taking care of our dog Bo. He is an elderly dog who needs frequent trips outside and Danielle sent pictures so that we could see how Bo was doing. She also took great care of the house and even washed her sheets before she left. We would really like to have her watch our dog again.

My partner and I are full time Pet Sitters! We are available to house sit on weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnight. We require a meet and greet before all of our sits and prefer booking confirmation 2 weeks before your trip, but we do have sympathy for emergency situations and are always happy to help.

Safety, trust & environment

Whenever I take care of your animal I will always make sure to take very good care of the home I’m staying in, as well as the animal or animal’s I’m taking care of. I’ve never once missed a meal time or potty break. Any Pet sitter can promise to take care of your Animals basic needs, but I can promise you your animals will be loved by me the same way as if you never left, while you’re away. If there’s any Training you’d like me to keep up with while you’re gone, just let me know and I’ll make sure to practice with them.

A typical day

On my property we have a pond with a trail around it that I like to walk my parents dog around. Other dogs tend to like it a lot too. We also love to visit local dog parks and other hiking trails in the area. If the weather doesn’t agree we could watch a movie together or play inside. There’s also a few cafes and restaurants around my town that allow dogs.

It’s important for me to know about any aggression or anxiety your dog may have. It keeps me safe in the long run. I’ve taken care of highly anxious animals before and it can go rough without a proper introduction. When dogs become very anxious especially when there owner isn’t around it can quickly turn to aggression and I could get injured. Also, if you have an older animal it’s absolutely necessary for me to know about their medical and physical condition, meaning that if they need a special medication or if they have weak joints and can’t do stairs, both are very important to know ahead of time so that I can care for them properly.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
