* Please review PRE-BOOKING NOTES in the next section before sending a request!* BOARDING & DAYCARE: My husband Dan and I are huge animal lovers with lots of experience. We adopted our pup Ellie from a rescue group 9 years ago, who is friendly and loves to hang out with new friends. For boarding and daycare clients, we take dogs on walks multiple times a day around the Fidi neighborhood. While communication for all services will be with me, my husband will be jointly taking care of your loved one when they come for a visit, so your pup will get double the attention! Pups coming for boarding or daycare will be cared for in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with lots of space to run around and play. Daily updates include both pictures and videos for all bookings. We know how important it is that you know what your dog is up to during their stay! WALKS & DROP-INS: Owners booking walks and drop-ins with me can expect thoroughness with following your instructions. I am reliable and punctual and will always communicate my arrival and departure times. With each visit, I send multiple photos and videos, as well as a descriptive blurb so you will be able to keep updated on how your pet is doing. PRE-BOOKING NOTES: * For all new boarding/daycare clients, I require an in-person meet-and-greet with my dog Ellie prior to confirmation of the booking. All clients are required to be vaccinated. * Please note that doggy daycare hours are 9AM-6PM and any booking outside of these hours will be charged an additional fee, up to our daily boarding rate. * For pickups, drop-offs, walks and drop-ins, my service area is 10-minute walk from my home. All other bookings will incur additional travel charges depending on distance. * Note that our schedules fluctuate so I am unable to take recurring bookings at this time. Please send requests on a weekly basis if you need repeat care.

Connie was super helpful, had great communication, and was prompt! She helped with my weird request to help with dog training my stranger danger dog while I was home. She was lovely and was willing to help us figure out how we can be successful in managing our dogs stress, and was willing to let us use her as a guinea pig to see what would be successful to help our fur baby! Appreciate her willingness to use Madonna’s stinky treats to motivate her :)
Connie was AMAZING for our two cats! I can’t stress enough how much I recommend. We asked her to stay for two hours each visit to play with our cats and give them attention, she replaced the Litter Robot bag on each visit, took care of food and water, followed instructions to a T but went above and beyond them - and even cleaned up a couple accidents thoroughly my one cat had on off days (he is weird about the litter box when we are away) and vacuumed up excess litter mess. She sent amazing detailed updates with videos and photos, gave them treats, and even traded out old toys for new without us asking so that they wouldn’t get bored after she left. We were so at ease on our trip with her taking care of them, felt super comfortable with her in our home, and Connie will be our new go-to caretaker for vacations. Not to mention the cats loved her - my one shy/wary cat was seen rolling around and showing her stomach to Connie and playing with her. 10/10!

Schedule
For drop-ins: Happy to discuss what time of day is best to visit your pet! I am punctual and will always give an estimated time of arrival so that you don't have to worry while you're away. For boarding and daycare clients: I mostly work from home, so will be able to spend most of my day with your dog. If you have any special requests, please don't hesitate to ask! While I do not offer 24/7 care, we can certainly figure out a schedule based on what your dog needs!
