Pet safety is a huge priority for me. This includes ensuring they are safe and secure indoors and that they are properly leashed when outdoors and in publics spaces. I also am big on making sure they do not get into any food, materials, or other that could harm or make them sick in any way.

For dogs, please ensure that I am aware of their feeding schedule and exercise routine/requirements as well as the location of their food, toys, etc. Please leave the location and phone number of your vet in the unanticipated event of an emergency. My goal is to give your pet(s) the best experience possible. The more I know about them, the better I can meet their needs!
A typical day
For dogs and cats, I will provide the attention and love they deserve and require (yet bearing in mind their limits and boundaries). This is extremely important to me as I want to make sure their mental and physical health are beyond taken care of! This will include ensuring they are stimulated, as needed, through exercise and play time.

Hi! I'm a mid-30s, single female with a PhD in Nutrition from Emory. I recently started a data science position in Atlanta and am excited to continue calling this city home! As all of my work is on the computer, I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule that allows me to spend plenty of quality time with your pets. I’m a responsible, clean, and caring animal lover. I grew up with pets and have over 10 years experience caring for both cats and dogs—pet sitting for friends, strangers, and through fostering. I successfully fostered a dog and a momma cat with her four kittens through PAWS Atlanta, all of whom found loving homes. In 2023, I began pet sitting more full time and expanded my experience internationally, caring for two dogs in Switzerland and another two while helping on a sailboat in Montenegro. In the U.S., I’ve pet sat in Atlanta, Charlotte, San Diego, and Chicago. I absolutely love spending time with animals and can’t wait to meet your fur babies! Can't say enough good things about Brigitte. Very responsive, pro-active, and just a good person. She sent lots of pics, asked questions when unsure about something and took amazing care of our dogs. She is our first choice, always.
Brigitte was AMAZING! I’m so glad we found her- my dogs loved her and she did a great job communicating and sending us pictures throughout her stay with our pups. I didn’t worry about them at all while I was gone, and she left the house cleaner than she found it. We will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Brigitte was so amazing with my pups! She truly took care of them like they were her own. Even my more shy dog who can sometimes be slow to be comfortable around new people was cuddling with her in less than a day. She was right on time and sent frequent updates so I knew my dogs were having a great time with her.
