I’m a certified Physician Assistant and lifelong animal lover, and I’m excited to spend some extra time caring for your pets while I try to secure my first job as a PA! I’ve grown up around animals my entire life. My family had a cat who we brought home when I was 2 years old and who was part of my family until I was in college. We also had a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and during college I had a Siamese kitten that I shared with my roommates. More recently, I’ve enjoyed dog sitting (& house sitting) with my sister’s Golden Retriever and my best friend’s dog frequently while I was in school. I also watched my friend's kitten over the last year. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I’m responsible, attentive, and happy to follow your instructions closely so your pet can stay comfortable and on their normal routine while you’re away. I’ll treat your pets and your home with the same care and respect I would want for my own.

Thank you so much, Ashley, for looking after Olmec! Despite some location challenges, you did a wonderful job. She definitely gets a little depressed when we’re gone but it’s reassuring to know someone is looking in on her.
Ashley has been great with King (My crazy orange cat)! She’s always been super flexible and easy to work with, and she’s done a great job taking care of him. King absolutely loves Ashley and always loves playing with her. I always feel good knowing he’s in good hands with her. I’d definitely recommend Ashley to anyone looking for someone to take care of their pet!
Ashley has always been AMAZING with our golden retriever, Copper! She has always been so loving and dependable. We absolutely recommend her and are so lucky to have her as our dog sitter when we’re out of town!

Schedule
I’m mainly busy with tasks at home each day while I work toward finding my first job as a PA. Right now, I have very open availability and would love the opportunity to care for your pets while getting a change of scenery and relocating my workspace!

I currently plan to provide care in my clients’ homes rather than boarding pets in my own home. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine and any specific instructions you provide regarding feeding, medications, walks, exercise, and crate use. I’m attentive to keeping pets safe and comfortable, and I’ll make sure doors, gates, and other potential escape routes are secure. I’ll also treat your home with care and respect while you’re away.
