Welcome to my tranquil home. Here, your dog will receive the utmost care and attention in a loving and peaceful environment. I only accept one dog or two small dogs from the same family for boarding, which allows me to provide dedicated and specialized care in my home for each furry guest. I work from home so you can be assured someone is with your dog during their entire stay. I make it a point to maximize my time with your pet, and only leave if I need to run errands or have an appointment, which is rarely more than a couple of hours. Also, since I only keep pets from the same family you will never need to worry about other dogs. When we do a meet and greet what you see is what you get. You will meet me and Walter, my super laid back Chihuahua Italian Greyhound mix. And we offer up the Humble Abode (our home) which is a great respite for anxious and senior dogs due to the calm and peaceful environment. I’ve had pets my entire life and have been offering pet care services for more than a decade. Walter has happily helped me welcome many dogs over the 7 years he’s been around. IN HOME STAYS If you have a larger pack or prefer in-home care and/or drop in visits I also offer that. I do bring my dog with me so that would have to be allowed. I also offer cleaning, organizing and plant watering services as add-ins with in-home stays. Dog walking services are also offered for those long workdays and for your young and active pups. We are first-time Rover users and our Frenchie has only ever stayed with family. Ashley was very patient and understanding with our dog, who had never been boarded elsewhere. Despite the challenge and our Frenchie’s comically stubborn attitude, Ashley took fantastic care of him and gave us daily updates. Our dog was also fond of Walter, who is very laid back and easygoing. We’d happily book her again!
Ashley is an excellent communicator! She clearly understands how anxious dogs behave, which made me feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in her care. She was patient and attentive, always moving at my dog’s pace and never rushing her. Would book again! :)
ashley was super great to work with! she was very understanding of skipper’s needs and i love how she only keeps one at a time as it really helps make the environment less stressful for the dog staying. would definitely recommend her as a sitter!
First time leaving my dog with anyone other than family so I was anxious to say the least. Thankfully, Ashley was agreeable to a meet and greet before my trip which helped put me at ease. During my trip, she text updates and pics of my girl regularly! This also put me at ease and allowed me to enjoy my time away with friends!
Ashley did a great job! Flexible and accommodating! Millie loved being dropped off with Ashley and Walter! Will use her again!!
Ashley and Walter were wonderful hosts. Madison was comfy and at home, received a special carrot treat and a walk!

Schedule
I work from home and set my own schedule so I can accommodate most situations if given advance notice. We try to go for 1/2 mile walk each day, longer leisurely walks or hikes on the weekends and visit local parks and nature if everyone is up for it. We also can hang out on the enclosed patio which is the perfect spot to sun bathe when the weather is nice. I try my best to accommodate any schedules your dog has.

I live a pretty laid back lifestyle. With just me and my pup, Walter, home life is pretty peaceful. For this reason I only take one dog at a time, unless it’s two small dogs from the same family.

I have a small fenced in patio with green space. A nice neighborhood for strolls and will take your pup on an adventure to the local park if you’re okay with it!
