Caring and reliable
I am 24 years old, I just look young! I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember. 10 years ago my family got a working cocker spaniel who was my best friend during my teenage years. In autumn 2024 I completed a dog first aid course. After moving into my own place I looked after a family friend's cockapoo for 6 weeks in 2025. I enjoyed this so much that I decided to buy my own dog, a young whippet. She is well socialised and loves to play with other dogs of all sizes.

Ali looked after my puppy Roy, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he was kind, warm, gentle, and incredibly easy to communicate with. As a nervous puppy owner leaving Roy with someone new for the first time, I immediately felt reassured and comfortable thanks to Ali's calm and caring nature. His dog, Freya, was also lovely and very friendly, and it was clear that she and Roy got on really well. It was wonderful knowing Roy was in such good company and having a great time while I was away. Ali clearly cares deeply about the dogs he looks after, and I felt completely confident that Roy was being well cared for. Ali adores animals both pet and wild kinds. He spent a year as a volunteer in a Hedgehog Hospital caring for sick and injured hogs including administering medication. He is a kind and patient person who is attentive to an animal's needs. He's trustworthy, thoughtful and responsible, for example before getting a dog of his own he successfully completed an animal first aid course. Ali took his own dog through puppy and adult training classes. Whether your pet is an active animal that likes walks in the countryside and fetching balls in the park or a less energetic being Ali will adapt to its needs. A pet in Ali's care will be a well looked after happy pet.
Our dog loves his walks with Ali and is always excited to see him. Ali is an experienced, reliable dog walker who is friendly and caring. He is knowledgeable about dog behaviour and has trained in pet first aid. He clearly adores animals and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Schedule
I'm doing an online masters in wildlife conservation part time so I can be with the dogs most of the time. I spend my days balancing my studies with hobbies including running, dog walking and nature photography.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a 1 year old female whippet who loves to play with other dogs. She is crated overnight. I'm happy to go with your preference on crating or not crating your dog. I have access to a small enclosed shared garden and a big park only 1 minute from the house.
Pets
A typical day
I like to go on a variety of different local walks, from playing fetch in the park to exploring forests and hills. In the evenings the dogs can relax on the sofa while I do my university work.
