I bring more than 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs through pet ownership, fostering, rescue work and helping operate a local pet-care business. I’m also a former co-owner of Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming and currently share my home with Hank, a therapy dog, and Howard, our rescue. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, seniors, energetic dogs, rescue dogs and multi-dog households. I follow each pet’s normal routine, provide patient and attentive care, and keep owners updated with photos and clear communication. Whether your dog needs a walk, playtime, companionship or a calm presence while you’re away, I’ll care for them with the same attention and respect I give my own.

Safety, trust & environment
I provide care in the client’s home, where pets are usually most comfortable and can maintain their familiar routine. I carefully follow all feeding, medication, walking and household instructions, keep doors and gates secured, and never allow off-leash activity unless specifically authorized in a safely enclosed area. I also take pride in providing top notch, clear updates and photos so pet parents know how their pets are doing.

Alex was absolutely fantastic! He took amazing care of our Dobie, Rach, while we were away and gave us complete peace of mind. He was extremely communicative, providing regular updates and pics, and it was obvious Rach got lots of attention, affection, and excellent care. Rach was a little hesitant during the first visit, but Alex handled him with patience, confidence, and kindness, quickly earning his trust. It’s clear he’s experienced with dogs and genuinely cares about their well-being! We came back to a happy, well-cared-for baby, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Alex and will absolutely book with him again!

Schedule
Pet care is a regular part of my daily routine, and I maintain a flexible schedule for walks, drop-ins and overnight stays. I limit the number of clients I accept so I can provide dependable, attentive care and follow each pet’s established routine without rushing.
