| asked a question | Is it acceptable/customary to charge extra for stays that run late? I recently had a stay that was for 3 nights. On the last night, the following day the owners did not return home until almost midnight the the next night. They were gone early morning Friday, Saturday, Sunday and returned home at 11:30pm on Monday. I stayed at their home on Friday, Saturday and sunday night, but I had to return to their home late in the day on Monday to let the dogs out and feed. Does anyone else charge an extended stay fee for this? It just seems rover pays us per night, when actually, I cared for these dogs for 4 days vs. 3 nights. |

A high energy dog usually 1.8ish miles on average. moderate energy is about 1.3-1.6 miles and the senior dogs are about a mile.
