answered a question | Do you offer cat sitting? I have the cat sitting rate set to $0 because if its an add on to a dog sit, I generally don't charge since cats are so easy. But it makes it annoying when someone with just a cat needs a sit, because then it quotes them $0. I wish there was a way to have cat add-on price and then a separate cat only price, or just charge cat only price the same as dog only price. |
asked a question | When did Rover switch from taking 15% to 20% of earnings!? The last time I checked a few weeks ago, Rover took 15% of earnings and let you keep 85%. I just checked on the Become a Sitter page and now it says 20%?!! I feel so duped. Rover is a big part of my income and I already felt like the 15% was too much, especially when a lot of my jobs come from checkins that net me around $10 after fees. Anyone recall being informed of this change at any point or re-aggreeing to terms and conditions? I don't. |
