| asked a question | My dog gets excited to see clients during pickup, should I leave her out of the mix to avoid the chaos? During client pickup, my dog is super excited and eager to greet people. Often times this creates a very chaotic environment and occasionally the guest dog becomes protective of their owner. Just wondering how other sitters with dogs handle this situation? |

Through research we learned several things that really helped her: Give only a 1/4 amount of food for breakfast on travel day . Crack one window to let some air in and hang clothes to cover the windows where she sits so she can't see things whirling by. |

| asked a question | Are sitter review requests sent to repeat clients after each stay? One other question here...when a sitter replies to a client review, does the client get a notification of the response, or does it just get submitted in the sitter's profile under the review for the client to see. I just recently started to reply to reviews. I had to delete and resubmit one because of the way it was worded and I'm hoping the client didn't get several different notifications of my reply. |
