answered a question | Wrong Number? Hi Tiffany, This can sometimes happen if your client does not have their phone number verified on Rover. The good news is there is a simple fix for this. Your client (Kimberly) needs to log into her Rover and click "edit profile" and then "phone number." From there, she just needs to click "verify" and this should fix any issues with the Rover number. |
answered a question | I leave in Vancouver Canada and would like to know if the rates are in Canadian dollar? Yes, everything should be in Canadian dollar! |
answered a question | What if my Rover house/dog sitter steals or burns my house down...? Is this insured through Rover? Hi, Here is a great article about Rover's Premium Insurance and what is covered: https://www.rover.com/insurance/ |
answered a question | Why isn't deactivation working? If you have not completed your sitter profile yet, then your sitter services are not live and you do not need to deactivate anything. The only time you would want to deactivate your sitter services is if your sitter profile was approved and searchable. You can still keep your account to use for your own pets! |
answered a question | If I have to cancel do I receive a refund? Yes, you will need to cancel the booked stay to receive a refund. You can easily cancel the stay via the App and Web by clicking on "cancel stay" within the conversation itself. Once you submit that cancellation, then a refund will be processed. |

answered a question | Sitter to Sitter one or the other? Hi Danielle, Unfortunately, there is not an option to select one or the other, and there are no consequences for not taking a Sitter to Sitter booking. Your booking score will not be impacted either. Many times, the dog is showing particular signs of aggression and by removing the dog from the original stay into another environment usually solves the problem. But again, you should feel comfortable with all the stays that you accept on Rover. |
