When I search to see what other sitters are in my area, the ones at the top of the list are not the ones closest to me geograhically. I don't see where the number of reviews or repeat customers makes a difference. My name is on the second or third page, when I'm closest to the searched zip code. | asked a question | Why does the "each additional dog" rate not apply on holidays? I received a booking request for 2 dogs over a holiday. My rates include a "holiday" rate, and an "each additional dog rate." I expected the booking to reflect one dog to be charged at the "holiday" rate and the second dog to be charged at the "each additional dog" rate. However, the booking reflects both dogs from the same owner being charged the "holiday" rate, making it significantly more expensive for the owner. Why is the "additional dog" rate not applied, and how do I alter the request to correct it? |
