| asked a question | whats happens if a owner doesn't show or cancel? I had a owner who was supposed to show up at 8 to drop off her 2 dogs. but she doesn't show and she messaged me at 845 saying she over slept and isn't going to come today but will tomorrow. does rover still charge her. |
