| commented answer | Why doesn't Rover use direct payment methods? Well the issue is not withdrawing money from Rover to Paypal. The money is immediately transferred to Paypal from my Rover account. I am saying that money takes 3-5 days to be transferred to my paypal account to my account. I would prefer to just receive my money directly from Rover to my bank account and skip the middle man, PayPal. |
| asked a question | Why doesn't Rover use direct payment methods? It is seriously inconvenient that PayPal is the only online format that we can receive our money through. If a dog leaves my care in the morning, I dont get my payment 48 hours from that moment, but 48 hours from the end of the night, which is inconvenient in itself, but even then it takes 3-5 days to receive the money from Paypal into my bank. I feel that to be more efficient, we should be able to check in in some way to let Rover know that the dog has let our care. We should also have an option for the money to be paid directly to our bank accounts. |

From past experiences, I prefer to have meet and greet;s with dogs from separate owners. After extensive conversation, the owner assured me that their dogs would do fine with any other dog. |

I do not have a vehicle so unfortunately, it is very difficult for me to travel. I am also in school so I can't stay at other people's homes unless they live within walking distance of my school. I am able to care for other animals, but I do not have room for them in my apartment nor do I have a backyard. I can take pictures around my complex and home though. I will definitely be more cautious with my wording because I would never want to lead anyone to believe that I am doing this just for the money. I LOVE all animals, and honestly I would do this for free. It is just that I really really do need the money because... |
